Had repairs done here for first time. driving home i hear a rattling noise Ive never heard coming from where the repairs were done. Scheduled to come back for them to look at it. drove with him down the road, he heard it, but starts literally screaming at me because I said Ive never heard the noise before, so he said i was accusing him of doing something wrong, and saying I was the problem, then refused to work on my car. Then when we got back, he went over to my ride and yelled at him about how he wont work on my car because I'm accusing him of something. I absolutely never made any accusations of anything. I just asked them to look at the car to see where the noise was coming from. His reaction was beyond over the top and a bit psychotic. Seems like this must happen a lot to fly of the handle so quickly and irrationally. Very unprofessional to say the least.

They are quite busy. If you need basic things done. oil, filter, inspection, give yourself ample time beforehand. They are honest people to deal with. Alfredo or Nando are the ones to see!!

They began working on my car without giving me any kind of estimate. Told me 620 for brakes. I said i would take it elsewhere but he said he would charge me 400 for labor of an hour worked. He threatened to charge me for more labor if i didnt agree. After agreeing he changed the ready time to the following day to be spiteful. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
