They installed a new knuckle that was done well. They replaced upper control arms which have ball joints are leaking 2 months later. They did an oil change, over filled the oil and bent my dipstick severely. They charged me to fix door rod issues causing the rear driver door not to open and the front driver door to be difficult to open. They charged me an arm an a leg and when the manager took me outside to show me the door worked, I showed him how no, it really didn't work much better and no, the rear door still doesn't open. He told me I'd have to talk to the owner about that (no thank you, I'd rather have a refund) They told me they won't put an exedy clutch in my 92 miata even though it's well known for being the best oem replacement. He told me I needed a water pump and timing set on my mazda because it had some oil leaking out of the front. The car has no indication of needing timing or water pump because they were both done ≈1000 miles ago and they don't want to figure out what is actually leaking before giving me a price. The pan seal leaks at the front, it's very easy to figure out.

Gary and his staff are one of a kind!! I've taken my SUV to him twice. Once was for my power steering that went out and just recently for my master cylinder breaking system. Both times excellent customer service and work done in a timely manner. Normally my dad and husband handle all my vehicle needs these last times needed to be done in a shop. I found them from calling around and I just got a good vibe from our conversation on the phone together. (Gary) I knew this was the shop. Now anytime someone needs car service I always tell them call Gary he's the man. Thank you so much for keeping my "girl" (suv) trucking for me.

Gary and his crew are top notch! Took my 09 Impala in for a clunking sound, found out it was the power steering hose. Called me and said thats what my issue is and said everything else was solid in the suspension. That was my concern when I bought it used from a Private Party sale, just wanted piece of mind when the wife drives it on the freeways going to work. I would definitely recommend Gary, totally honest and upfront about everything! I'm definitely coming back for my next automotive repair needs!

Highly, highly recommend. Very timely repair at a much better price than I was quoted from other shops. Very straight forward and not trying to sell me what I don't need. This will definitely be where I go from now on.

I just had the best experience at Napa Auto Care. Had been trying to get my car inspected all month and was told by multiple other places to expect a 3-5 hour wait. This was done in less than 20 minutes. They are efficient, kind, and good people. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful!
