Great place to work on your vehicle and very helpful employees. Update- just used it again. Great employees, friendly staff, all the tools you need and clean. Get there early if you need a lift they get busy.

Good place to do your own maintenance. If you’re planning on using a strut spring compressor, call ahead and make sure the master mechanic is there otherwise NO ONE can use it because of a recent incident using it by someone that got injured. Update as of today, the master mechanic is no longer working there. Until they find a replacement, they will not let you do any maintenance that is required without one presence.

I arrived today at opening 0800 and the office was open, got my paperwork and stall assigned , then tried to get to my bay, folks in the shop said I needed to park until they were ready, this was 0820. I am sorry, but if you say you open at 0800, then open at 0800. Not office opens at 0800 and the shop folks start preparing for customers at 0800. Also fix the broken lifts, it gets old they are always broke. 22 years supporting MWR and still doing it 15 years after retirement, how about spend some of that money.

They guys were very helpful, especially the Mechanic John. The shop is very clean and there are plenty of tools to borrow. Highly recommend.

The staff are pretty nice and try and help you out you have to try and get there as early as you can and hopefully nobody's blocking the lift and you don't have to wait

Don't understand hours, 8-430 are business hours for our military and retirees. Sure would be nice if they had at least one evening in the week where they closed later to enable working people to get a quick project done!

Have taken our van twice to get the AC fixed and going to take it back tomorrow for a third time in hopes they will fix it. Can’t take my van out of town now for my kids birthday because they didn’t fix it. Never had an issue like this and won’t use them again!

I always take my car here for an oil change. They are always busy and booked and of course I always forget to make an appointment so I end up doing drop off service in the mornings. Ive sat in the waiting room to wait and its been ready in 2 hours and other times had to wait a few hours but if they know you're waiting they keep you updated. I've been there while theyve gone over options with an elderly lady for tires and talked her out of getting the most expensive tires for her car when she old drove it a handful of times during the month.

Friendly, safe place to work on your vehicle. Staff is super helpful. Save money on auto repair, oil changes and other maintenance. All the mechanics have experience and certification in automotive repair, and really know what they’re talking about. They know how to help and/or advise, but they are not supposed to touch customer’s cars. I changed axles on an old 4X4 once, and without the Master Mechanic on site I would never have been able to get it done. Thanks for providing an awesome service.

I was able to get in and out in less than 30 min. Did my oil change and stay clean and get to work. The staff was super heplful, I would've usually paid close to $130 for what cost me $32 TOTAL. I love the shop and am looking forward to using it again.
