I took my truck to Nathan, he charged me fairly since I was working for Synergy Florida AT the time, I was referred to him because he handles their "fleet". As I attempted to call him for more repairs, more business, I've been ignored. I've left messages multiple times with no response. The company Synergy Florida has told this company to not do business with me so here is my PUBLIC review. Also, since I was in the AV department, you paid full price for your cameras and NVR.

I talked to Nathan a week ago and specifically asked if my car needed to stay on his lot while the necessary part got ordered for the repair. He told me no it didn’t. We scheduled a time this morning (about a week after the conversation to allow the ordered part to arrive) to drop off the car to get fixed. Upon arrival Nathan said that we need to leave our car for three to four days while he orders the part and waits for it to arrive. I asked if I can take the car back with me while we wait and he said I needed to put a $500 deposit down. I’m fine with the deposit policy to avoid restocking fees, but why wasn’t this discussed last week when I first called and specifically expressed to him that I couldn’t leave the car for several days out of commission. We took the car and left. Didn’t even give him the chance to repair the car because either he lied, is disorganized, or is a complete idiot.

These guys saved me from spending $1200. Brandon Honda told me my starter was broken, when I only needed to replace the battery. I took my car to Nathan's and they verified there was no issue with the starter, and if there were, would only charge around $500. My car has been driving fine so Nathan's Auto was right. I also left my purse in my car with all my credit cards, no one touched anything. This is an honorable business. Give them a chance.

Good customer service, great communication, and quality work at a fair price. I was at my wit's end with the undiagnosed transmission and check engine lights of my Ford Escape when I brought it to Nathan's on a blind whim. The vehicle coincidentally broke down nearby, so I figured it was worth a last ditch effort before paying for an astronomical tow back to Clearwater. I didn't expect much seeing as I already received inaccurate diagnosis from my usual mechanic, transmission shop, and even the Ford dealership. However, the technicians at Nathan's Automotive quickly exceeded my expectations with their expertise! I only partially described the issues of the car and the technicians already assessed all the possible causes. The auto shop replaced the heater outlet, reservoir tank, hose assembly, and the transmission cooler control valve. They provided updates throughout every step of the process and were very transparent with pricing. I highly recommend this auto shop and will definitely come back again in the future!

This place is a life saver.. I was freaking out...Nathan Sr said it was a simple fix and I was back on the road.. Nathan Jr ensured me everything will be alright; God is good. Steven was handling the tire. All in all, this place I will definitely go back and share.
