Seriously I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. I NEVER have to wait and they’re always so polite. Today they even offered my husband and I water bottles. I’ve been going here for about a year and I’ll never go anywhere else.

I highly recommend this place. You can see the care they take when they're taking care of your vehicle. They wipe everything down and show you your dipstick so you know the oil reservoir is full. One of them noticed that one of my tires looked a little low so they checked them all and and brought them to the proper pressure. On an earlier visit, they noticed that I had an oil leak and recommended a stop leak oil additive that solved the problem. They make you feel like your business is welcome.

Rude to customers. Handed me a receipt page with a list of things not done but marked down. Did not receive sticker for next oil change. Need to find different oil change option.

I like the Chamberlain Lane location, guys there are great, knowledgeable, good to talk to about cars. I don’t like the price hike since they got bought out by Strickland Brothers but it is what it is I guess because I need the service history on the car fax report.
