Dominic is FANTASTIC! I have been going to the location on Blankenbaker for over 5 years and I was really worried when National Auto Lube was bought out that I wouldn’t get the great service that I always have, but when I pulled in tonight, I was SO HAPPY to see that Dominic was still there! He is WONDERFUL and I hope the new owners know what a GREAT ASSET HE IS!!!!

Dominic and Anthyun are perfect when it comes to customer service and satisfaction! Dominic has built a very reputable reputation with me and my family. We are no strangers to one another. Anthyun accommodates and matches the same customer experience that Dominic has already provided for years with me and my family. I have tried other names in the oil business prior to, but mishaps like not placing the oil cap back on properly, not snugging the oil filter on properly just became a headache. Before my kids started getting cars I knew I had to find someone dependable and that’s when I found these guys…they are the best and if your kid doesn’t know that much about cars these guys will educate along the way inside of their realm of expertise, especially oil!

These guys are great! Fast, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. For 5 years I have had them service both of my cars twice a year. That includes my 10 yr old Ford Escape and my 20 year old PT Cruiser Turbo Convertible.

All the guys are helpful, and polite. As a business owner, I can see that Dominick is the key man. I don’t personally know him nor do I see or know where he may need improvement but if I was his boss, I’d figure it out quick and invest whatever I could to help him reach his goals. Any place can change oil. I’m not the biggest customer for sure but If I pull up and see he’s not there, I’ll come back another time. There is definitely a difference when he’s there.

Very sharp guys at this oil change and very kind. I forgot my wallet and they were able to work with me and I was able to return later. Very gracious and very good service.

The guys at Strickland Brothers are super polite and friendly. They always explain everything to me and don’t try to talk me into purchasing something I don’t need. I like that they don’t just tell me the condition of the filter, but they show it to me. I highly recommend them.
