I called to ask a few questions about a coupon I’ve received, specifically brakes & “Bill” was the person that answered. I recounted to Bill what I’d been told by the dealership about my car to get a second opinion & find out the cost for brake diagnostic. Bill was abrupt, rude and NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTION! He stated “we get this all of the time” and that left me confused at annoyed because he seemed more interested in being rude and abrupt than answering my questions & assisting me with setting an appointment. His entire customer service interaction was so negative it was ridiculous. I’m also meaning corporate and letting everyone that I know , know that this place is rude, aggressive and obviously does shoddy work due to hiring shoddy people. Awful experience.

All I can say is get a SECOND OPINION!! Told by Nationwide that oil sensor switch and bad intake gaskets, oil leaks etc. Cost was estimated at $1140. Went to another mechanic, told to get oil change. I did that, and engine light went off 2 days later. Shame on you Nationwide!!

My husband is just very elated.with this shop.after the nightmare ship really messed up the back brakes of our car.these kind gentlemen, got to the bottom of the problem immediately.foubd out faulty parts were put on previously.these guys got it it fixed properly with the proper parts.now my husband is so very happy.they are wonderful very professional.i told my husband from now on more problems this car goes straight to this place.his reply was darn Skippy..thank you guys..to be truthful I was so very scared even thinking about getting in that car with those back brakes the way they were.i was so scared every. time my husband is in that car ..not now..so thank you guys for putting my nerves at ease

Had 2 tires mounted on 2 new rims (Dayton wires) the were fast they mounted and balanced and cleaned not even leaving fingerprint on the chrome they are pros Thanks much

Looking for an ASE certified car care center I decided to go to this location. I spoke with the manager Bill if they could service me and take a look at my truck he stated yes. So I decided to have them inspect my vehicle for a concern that I had the man was very nice and professional and gave me my price prior to doing any work. The mechanic inspected my vehicle was also very nice and professional I was very satisfied with the price and the time that I had to wait. I will continue vehicles services here.

He wont honor a warranty, sets odometer back and takes weeks for a simple repair until it is a massive one that occurs on his watch then wants you to pay for his mistakes….con got me for thousands of dollars. Someone needs to get a class action against this place.

I would like to thank Nationwide for being one of the best place of customer service, I'vebeen going here for quiet awhile. While my car was in their shop they gave me ride home so I didn't have to walk and ensured they would fix my car quick which they did! I especially would like to thank Bill for updating over the process of my vehicle and was kind enough to pick me up so I didn't have to walk and get my car. I would definitely recommend nationwide brake and tire you will not be disappointed!

I took my car in for Service they did something totally different than what I asked for and the problem still didn’t get solved They told me it was a problem with my timing belt The problem was just a starter Had my car for like five days Never again

If I were you I will not take you car there they will have you taken out SNAP loan and they will look at your car an say this wrong that wrong but what you came in there for they will have your car for month to two months they are scanned people Please do not take your car up there

Terrible service, they give a terrible window of when things will be done, takes 2 or 3 attempts to fix the actual problem. Terrible communication. Half work for not even decent price.
