Called this morning at 745. Talked to Red. Told him I had a maintenance light on, car is due for oil change and tire rotation. He got me in at 830. Out the door before 10. Great service. Great price. Thanks for keeping the ‘09 Camry running.

I was in the area for an appointment but when I got in my car to drive home, my tire pressure alert came on and it was falling. Not wanting to wait on AAA, i googled tire repair shops near me, and this place was only a mile away. I showed up, told them my situation and they said no problem they'll take a look at it for me. They then showed me the screw they pulled from my tire and said they were able to repair it so I could get home safely. They were so friendly to me and i was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! I'm grateful to have found this shop and will definitely return if ever need be.

It is a breath of fresh air when you find a shop that is clean, helpful, and HONEST. especially when you are an older woman like myself. Thank you Singh and your crew for great service. 🙂

Other shops may have done things differently and charged me twice as much. They worked with me and got me out quick. I'll be back for sure.

First time in ,customer service was great, clean lobby,they did what we needed them to do. And provided paper work for the Ford dealership, so they can replace or repair. I would come back anytime if I had another issue with the car. All staff that I met were very professional.

I have been a customer of natomas automotive and have referred several people. I have had alternator issues for a few years not an issue with price I think I’m on my 3rd one now for my 2006 ranger @ this place this last time however it ran me 720.00 to fix. Friends and family are not happy with this price. So I called the ford dealership. And it would be 550.00 so I will be taking my baby there instead. Although they are nice and clean. And Mavis is an absolute gem. I don’t feel they need to run diagnostics on everything every time I bring it in. I had it in there awhile back I paid around 3500.00 and they didn’t even do an oil change WHAT. I called mavis because the oil light came on she looked it up and informed me they never did an oil change on this truck. WHAT IM AT A LOSS OF TRUST AND MONEY. He put a 418.00 alternator in a 2006 ranger. WHAT WHAT WHAT

It was 4:30 AM, I had just started a long drive with my cat to Los Angeles when 20 minutes into this adventure the ORANGE tire warning light illuminated my dash. I got off the freeway….it was dark, but I found a well lit safe location to evaluate the situation. There it was - a screw deep in the tread of one tire. AAA referred me to Natomas Automotive, just 2 miles from where the cat and I got off the freeway. The tire was inflated enough to make the 2 mile journey. The shop did not open until 7:30 AM. The cat & I waited outside Natomas Automotive for an hour and a half. At 7:20 AM, a well dressed gentleman with a nice smile approached the shop, so I got out of my car to greet him. The gentleman was Singh. I asked Singh if they repair tires and he said they do, but the workers do not come in until 8AM. I thought to myself, what’s another half hour and this man is so pleasant! I told him of my unfortunate situation - just starting a road trip to LA with a cat. Singh was fantastic - he offered me coffee and said he would have my tire looked at first. He even said they would check the oil etc since I was driving to LA. Singh let me bring the cat (in a crate) into the shop while his dedicated workers fixed my tire. While I waited, I watched Singh communicate with two other customers - he was so personable and took genuine interest in each person’s specific matter. To top it off Singh did not charge me for the tire repair or looking at the fluids. What a nice gesture. I am happy to say the cat & I made it to our destination. I wish I lived closer to this shop because I would definitely bring my car here. Thank you Singh!!! The End 😀

Singh always had great service and great work. Has been some time since I've visited and was taken aback by how much they have raised their prices. Will I go back? Guess I need to shop their competition

I called Singh from the side of the road a few years ago, I'd burned out yet another clutch and apparently destroyed my flywheel as well. Since then, I've only ever brought my vehicles to Natomas Automotive, and I've always had a great experience. Rapid repairs, great communication, and friendly staff. They have a customer for life.

Horrible, employees are crazy unprofessional. Was there for less than one minute, and some old Indian dude was screaming at me to move. There were plenty of other parking spaces, but he had to have the exact one I was parked in front of, just to cause a fight. I would avoid this place like a plague if that'd how they treat delivery personnel who are there for less than one minute. Choose your battles more wisely old man, being 70+ you should have already learned this life lesson.

This place is a scam shop operated by a crazy middle eastern man. If you go here your gonna get ripped off like I did. You've been warned, just see other reviews they dint lie!!!!!

Had a bad battery(OEM) car was purchased in October 2020 as new. Took car in to see if I had a bad battery or alternator or anything wrong with the charging system. Dropped it off at 730am and got a call around 1130am to confirm the issue was a bad battery. The office guy said he could get a new battery and replace it and run another test I said fine rather be safe than sorry. Got a call around 415pm car was ready. About 9 hours to replace a battery is absurd, and the cost was $550. And to top it off, the same exact battery sells for $215 elsewhere and its a flooded battery, not an AGM. Honest place, but outrageous price for a battery replacement. Next time ill just replace the battery myself and hope for the best instead of wanting to be safe. I'll definitely take my car for future needs to my normal AAA automotive shop in folsom where the work is great, they're honest, and prices are fair.

Twice now these professionals have assisted me with diagnostic work and hands on. Both times. Exceptional care. Prices will be upfront and nothing is hidden. My suggestion to others seeking a place that will not steal from you or try to play pretend with your vehicle and pocket book. Here is a very decent place to start! Going in for a third time and not regretting my decision.

Very bad customer service! Called in for a quote but talked to someone with an attitude. Had to call multiple times as i was unable to hear what he was saying. I asked him if he was the owner as it felt like only an owner can have an attitude like that and he was. Please dont open a business if u dont understand how phones work. There are instances where it has issues!

Was referred to come here from a friend. Got treated like family. Not a lot of hugs and kisses but got the job done right and with a fair price. I prefer this to the run around that happens when us women get going to a lot of mechanics trying to get over on us during desperate needs. This seems to be alot of dishonest shops. I was pleasantly pleased with this place of business. Will refer and return to complete more work. Its my new go to for my Honda with over 250k miles!!

Came here around 2-3 months ago. Compared to most natomas shops. They actual care about the customers best interest. I believe a man named Singh helped me. He was/ is an incredible guy and didn’t lie to me. He was straight up and told me what my car needed, and although it was still expensive. It was much cheaper than most mechanics. Every single other mechanic in the area told me I needed one thing, and he told me it was otherwise with confidence. He was definitely right. They also keep their garage open during the day which is a great sign because it shows they aren’t scared to show the work they are doing. It shows they have nothing to hide, and they would never do anything to purposely make you come back. I am very satisfied with the work done on my car, and although I am moving. I know I can always trust this place if I’m ever in the area. Bless this man and the entire business.

Edit changing previous comment for Natomas Automotive, previous I stated Singh was an awesome honest mechanic but due to a recent trip I would now rate the shop a 2 star because he didn't want to get his hands dirty and help find an oil leak that I currently still have, he wanted me to find a place to hose down the underneath the car and then he would try and help with the work that I needed to get done on my car. Unfortunately I haven't been back to his shop because of this issue.

I came in to see if they could fix some belts on my Mazda CX-5. My needs were a little nebulous, because I didn't know exactly what needed to be done with the car. Nevertheless , the team at Natomas Automotive was super friendly and helpful! They gave me a really reasonable quote on the estimated service, and they gave me a ride back to my house while I waited for my car to get serviced. In the end, the work was done really quickly and only a minimal add-on was included in the order, after they called me about it. Their shop is super clean and easy to access. If I had to wait, it would not be a bad place to do so. Thanks to Red and the team at Natomas Automotive. If I wasn't moving to Folsom, I would make this my primary service center!

came for a diagnostic because car had check engine with a rough idle and only code showing was p0101. Was running a bit hot. They charged me a diagnostic fee, to tell me I needed an oem MAF instead of an aftermarket one. Confused because they only charged me half the price listed, and how that might be the issue but I did it anyways. Told me to come back if that wasn’t it. Completely trusted these guys and I was so wrong for that. Radiator blew just a day later but One Stop Smog had me covered. Determined my issue for a FRACTION of the diagnostic fee this place charged. Didn’t actually look at my car or bother to close the hood when they were done. Wouldn’t come here unless you have $$$$ to waste on endless diagnostic fees.
