Brought in two cars to be serviced for oil changes. I’m very satisfied with the work and clear communication using a link to see the progress of the work and work needed to be done. They go above and beyond with a clean and dealership like atmosphere, but also an honest quote of the cost. I haven’t any problems. And if I did, they gladly explain. Thank you.

Natomas Smog Shop always has very friendly and efficient staff. They have a very nice, clean waiting area. I've always had great service and they've fixed little things that I'd have gladly paid for but they did for free. They also have never tried to up-sell me on anything, even things that they see as needing attention that I decline. Try them out and see for yourself.

Receptionist doesn't pay attention to full blown conversations on the phone. Hopefully people learn from thier mistakes. Like me, picking this shop for an oil change lol.

Had to bring my 2015 Honda Accord in for an oil leak. Come to find out the engine had to be dropped in order to be located properly and repaired. The final price was very close to the quote. Due to heat I was warned repair may take a week maybe 2 weeks, but I was called 4 days later that my car was ready! The young lady at the desk I feel like the name is possibly Tran sorry if I misspelled! She is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you again! This shop is close to my home and customer service/ front desk is always honest and upfront.

Outrageous prices comparable to the dealer. No direct line of communication to mechanic. Many things in my opinion not necessary or recommended. Three issues on check engine light, charged $150 a piece when should have been one charge for the diagnosis. Had I not been a little mechanical savvy? My bill would have been $5,000. I picked up vehicle after their outrageous recommendations and made other plans.

We’ve been using the Natomas Smog Shop for about 2 years and are very glad we have. The shop stuff has been friendly and responsive to our and our Jim car needs. A service done was high quality and completed in time as promised. The front desk persons always were kindly tried to schedule a car service ASAP or to fit it in at any available time. The parts replaced are good quality with a reasonable warranty. Thank you very much to all working at the shop and keeping high level of their job. I took my challenger here & I paid $2600! 2 days later my car overheated again !! Took it back they told me it would be a $7500 fix!! DO NOT USE !! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could rate this 0 stars I would !!

The receptionist was awesome, even though they were busy she found time for us after we explained we were from the coast and on our way home. Our car started shuttering really bad! The shop had the problem resolved within an hour!!! Thank you guys for actually caring about your customers!!!😁❤️❤️💋

I am yet to call them last minute to smog my vehicle and get turned away. For the last 7 or so years, I have been able to call in and get my car smogged within an hour or two. Friendly receptionist, cozy air conditioned waiting area. I recomend Natomas Smog, you will be in and out before you know it ☆☆☆☆☆
