Best customer service we have ever experienced. My husband and I took my Cadillac in for a routine smog check, but it surprisingly didn't pass. Some very unusual computer code wouldn't reset. They worked diligently to track down and fix the fault (and charged us for only a fraction of the time I know they put into it). In addition, the waiting room is like something you would find at a high end dealership - very clean with snacks and coffee. This place is amazing!

First time visit (for SMOG) but found they are a NAPA car care center. Facility is in newer building, so waiting area was spacious and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Best perk is ability to book appointments on line from Google Maps app. High recommendation for North Sacramento!

Amazing service! My car didn't pass smog and the reason made clear. After a minor repair, it passed with flying colors. Did I mention there was a clean and comfortable waiting room?! They have my business from this day forward.

Brought in two cars to be serviced for oil changes. I’m very satisfied with the work and clear communication using a link to see the progress of the work and work needed to be done. They go above and beyond with a clean and dealership like atmosphere, but also an honest quote of the cost. I haven’t any problems. And if I did, they gladly explain. Thank you.

Receptionist doesn't pay attention to full blown conversations on the phone. Hopefully people learn from thier mistakes. Like me, picking this shop for an oil change lol.

Natomas Smog Shop always has very friendly and efficient staff. They have a very nice, clean waiting area. I've always had great service and they've fixed little things that I'd have gladly paid for but they did for free. They also have never tried to up-sell me on anything, even things that they see as needing attention that I decline. Try them out and see for yourself.

Outrageous prices comparable to the dealer. No direct line of communication to mechanic. Many things in my opinion not necessary or recommended. Three issues on check engine light, charged $150 a piece when should have been one charge for the diagnosis. Had I not been a little mechanical savvy? My bill would have been $5,000. I picked up vehicle after their outrageous recommendations and made other plans.

We’ve been using the Natomas Smog Shop for about 2 years and are very glad we have. The shop stuff has been friendly and responsive to our and our Jim car needs. A service done was high quality and completed in time as promised. The front desk persons always were kindly tried to schedule a car service ASAP or to fit it in at any available time. The parts replaced are good quality with a reasonable warranty. Thank you very much to all working at the shop and keeping high level of their job.
