Stay away from this place. They are rude incompetence, and when they break something, they won't fix it. I went today to rotate the tires. The mechanic broke 1 lug nut. Was tight, and he was too stupid to use a degrease to remove the dirt. He forced it until he broke it. When I asked him to talk with his boss, he became verbally aggressive .About 6 months ago, I went there with a different car to replace the spark plugs. During the process, they broke a throttle cable holder and fixed it with a zip tide. I discovered a few hours later when the zip tide broke and the pedal went all the way down. This time, I'm looking to fill a claim with maricopa small claims court. It's a safety issue, and I won't let it go just like that.

Tried to charge me to fix their mistake. They put my oil in where it was showing weird numbers on my dash. When I came back they said 15 dollars to fix it, what?!

My husband took his vehicle here to replace a tire and a worker damaged his custom rim. Without asking, they ordered a new replacement and had the new rim within a week. The owner was very apologetic and came through with his word. We are very appreciative of this and will definitely go back.

My wife went in this morning because I was out of town and her window in the car wouldn’t go up. She went here because it was close to her job and they told her it needed the motor and assembly approximately $327.00 to repair. I told her no go to another shop and she did just that. The other shop noticed the window fell out place and put it back in at no cost. This is totally unacceptable of taking advantage of good people. Would never go back to this place!!!

All they do is overcharge to put a tire on, and strip your lug nuts. Bad service and any care or regard towards anyone who takes their car to them

First time at this shop but definitely won't be my last! This shop is great! Staff was helpful and even pointed out a safety concern they had while installing my wheel. They let me know to take care of it before it got worse, for my safety! AC in the waiting area, plus the cleanest bathrooms of any tire shop guaranteed! Will definitely and highly recommend!

I've been using Nava for many years now. He is honest and has always been fair. Out of all the places I've gone for car repairs, or tires I definitely trust these guys to be honest. I have a 2013 Chevy Traverse and they have worked on it several times as it's getting older and I've been happy with thier work. Even my AC which here in AZ we definitely need... I recommend them.

NEVER GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP!! I bought a new tire online, when I received it I took it to them to have it installed. When I drove off I noticed my tire was bumpy and it seemed they didn’t balance my tire correctly. I took my truck back the next day and the guy told me the tire was balanced correctly and that my control arms needed to be replaced. I didn’t believe that so I then took my truck to another tire shop and told them to check the balance on that tire and it turns out that it was never balanced. The guy never balanced my tire and he was trying to upsell other services that were not needed. Be careful when you go here or stay away from this tire shop. They will rip you off!

Service was quick, but now I see why. We went for a simple patch something I get at Walmart to get my by for a couple days. Well not here was charged $15 left from there to a MOVIE & as soon as I came out my tire was flat again. Letting me know my tire wasn’t double checked. Will not be going back THANKNYOU .

Brought my new wheels to have tires installed and the technician pushed out my center caps with a screwdriver and damaged two of my brand new moon hubcaps… had them balanced and drove less than a mile home and the weights fell off two of my wheels. Informed manager and he said he wanted another $40 to sand down paint and redo the balance. I also purchased new lug nuts from them and found out they didn’t install all of them leaving one off of two wheels… I’ll never bring another vehicle of mine here.

As a small business owner myself I wanted to go here to support local. Big mistake. Went in to purchase tires for my husbands vehicle. Paid a little more than we should have but hey, supporting local. Went to drive on the highway and we could clearly hear a humming noise and feel shaking when going 50 mph or higher. Took it back and initially, only after some convincing that I had purchased the tires from them and they installed them, they were going to check the balancing (something that should have been done on the install) but they couldn't do anything because the tire lock was missing. They were the only ones who used the tire lock, thus one could only conclude they lost it but refused to take responsibility. Fine, ordered a new one. Took it back so they could correct their mistake and whoever the weekend tire "expert" was said it wasn't the balancing and that it had to be something more serious. Mind you, all they did was lift it and didn't do any sort of assessment. Instead, he wanted to argue with me about my educated diagnosis of what the problem was, didn't want to take the time to drive it around the city block to properly diagnose and said he didn't have time for it. To top it off, they almost didn't give me my tire lock back AGAIN and had to go search for it. These guys don't take the customer seriously and could have easily taken advantage of me if I hadn't known what I was talking about. Took our car to Discount Tire, got the tires balanced for cheap and what do you know, IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID IT WAS! No more noise, no more shaking, and my family is once again safe on the road no thanks to these guys. Save yourself the hassel and go somewhere else.
