Went to NBR Auto this past saturday for a last minute but much needed oil change and was stunned by how awesome the service was. Tim handled my car's servicing and made sure it was good for driving. He was quick and attentive to details, but what was really nice was that he explained to me what to look for when checking the oil level and educated me on why regular changes were important. On top of that, they cleaned the top of my car (a bird had pooped a lot on it and I didn't know 🫠) and explained that the waste would damage my paint if it stayed on. They said it was no trouble for them, which really shows that they care for the cars that come to their shop. DEFINITELY WILL BE A REGULAR HERE FROM NOW ON! They really go above and beyond to make sure the car lasts a long time. P.s. they have the cutest shop cat here too

For the past 4 years I have used NBR for all my automotive needs. Tim has gone above and beyond in helping my family as we face unexpected challenges with our cars. In late 2022 I was involved in a car accident that totaled my car and Tim helped me to find a newer model vehicle, with low miles at a good price. I have only had positive experiences with this company.

Having utilized NBR Auto Center numerous times, I found that they were honest and met the integrity of a quality auto Center. All work was completed within the promised time and within the estimate. I was also made aware of any other work that may need to be done. I would definitely recommend NBR auto center.

It's a very quality auto repair shop, staff and an owner are very polite and knowledgable. I guess it's the only repair shop I could find in region where I am sure my money won't be stolen.

They know how to do their job but they are irresponsible over time, they summoned me at 12 and they started fixing the car it at 1:40, they picked it up, they took some screws and they left, I've been waiting for about 30 minutes and they don't do anything, a job of two hours at most and I've been standing here for 4 hours.
