10/10 recommend. Had an electric parking brake malfunction. And several places told me it would be $150-$200 just to diagnose the problem. These guys got me in the next day and had me out within the hour, with everything working perfect.

Have been coming to these guys since at least 2018. They are so great! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. I know I can always count on them to do quality work at fair and up front pricing, I really appreciate them storing quotes and sending it to me too so I can reference them, especially if it might be something I can’t do right away. Their communication is top notch and never leaves me wondering. I recommend ALL of my family and friends to them whenever they need car work done.

Came for a drive shaft to get replaced, when left within 7 miles I got my abs on along with 3 other lights. Came in the next day was told that it was a coincidence that right where they where working a speed sensor was cracked and stopped working. Was quoted 500$ to fix when he saw my face of disbelief he took off 60$. Needless to say I did not give them another penny. I ordered the part on Amazon for 49$ and installed it myself a total newbie in about an hour. I felt completely taken advantage off and will NEVER come back.

My engine light came on and I went to AutoZone and they ran a diagnostic and told me my intake manifold gasket needed to be replaced. So I bought my part from AutoZone which was inexpensive thank God and I contacted a meineke for a quote, and one guy said I'd have to bring the car in and how AutoZone simply sold me a part and they don't know what they're doing and I'll have to pay 150 for a diagnostic. Another well known place said they don't take customer parts. Finally I called NC Auto Services in Raleigh and they gave me a reasonable price and were able to squeeze me in two days later. Now, I am a woman and usually we get taken advantage of when it comes to car issues if we are not knowledgeable of the service we need on our vehicles but not here at NC Auto Services. They were so kind, extremely knowledgeable, the price was reasonable and he was done by the time he said he would be. My car even runs smoother. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NC Auto Services. You will NOT be disappointed. Hopefully I won't need them soon but when I do..I will be back.

Knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics. I have been bringing my cars there exclusively and they have always done a great job. They do a great job to either fit you in the same day or make an appointment. I have recommended them to a friend that required work on their car and was very happy with the work they did.

This auto place was awesome. Had Toyota Rav4 that would not stay running. Had it towed there on a recommendation. Mark took a look at it and said the idle needed to reset. He drove around for a few miles while I talked with Ken. Mark came back, gave me the keys and Ken said no charge. Great company. Saw how they dealt with customers in the office and on phone. Very professional but with genuine care.

I had a problem with my shift linkage bushing. Everywhere within the triangle told me I had to go to Ford or a transmission place and I called them and from beginning to end Mark helped me out. He actually watched the YouTube video that I sent him and called back within 10 minutes. He told me an hour and how got done within 15 minutes and the price was so cheap I didn't have to use my warranty. If you're in the area I suggest you use them for anything. He also explained why and showed me some other stuff. Even though he could have charged an arm and a leg for stuff that dint need to be done he didn't. I'm thankful for Mark and his team....BLESSINGS

I called them Monday morning, my car arrived via tow at 3:30pm. I got a diagnosis at 4:30pm, and my car was ready by noon the next day. They were extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in a way I could understand, and we're very upfront about costs. They didn't try to convince me to have something else done, and they were so nice to boot! Definitely take your business here if you want no nonsense upfront service that puts the customer first!

I bought my 1986 Monte Carlo SS to NC Auto Service shop for basic maintenance on a newly bought vehicle. The car had a small valve cover leak, and I wanted to replace old belts and fix the AC. Vehicle is in great condition for a 33 year old car. The shop performed work as requested, but still had issues from their work they did to my car. Had a check engine light on after their repair that wasn’t on before and the valve cover gaskets that they replaced were still leaky. Since their work was warranteed, they attempted to fix the valve covers but when I went to pick my car up after the second attempt, I was told my car was pouring gas from engine and couldn’t be driven. Mind you the car was fine and able to be driven and not pouring gas when I dropped it off to them. Due to their incompetence, I PAID a tow company that I found, to have the car towed to a different mechanic to be fixed. The other mechanic was able to easily resolve it, stating that the carburetor had trash in it due to the repair shop’s negligence. N.C. Auto Services sent a service record to Carfax that says, “mechanical issues reported- vehicle towed”.I believe that the original shop reported this to Carfax out of spite because they were unable to fix the car themselves and bitter that I went to a different mechanic. They did not report any of the other work I had done with them. I even called the shop and spoke with Mark, who denied reporting anything to Carfax, even though their name pops up on the inquiry. I wasn’t born yesterday, and believe what comes around goes around. Use this shop at your own risk, and lord forbid you don’t have to get any warranty work done by them. I am still out $300 plus dollars from the valve cover leak that I could care less about, just to be completely done with this shop!
