My best friend recently had the misfortune of getting a flat tire at 8pm leaving Charlotte, NC, but NC Roadside Service turned her stressful situation into a breeze. They were truly a Godsend when the roadside service package she purchased from her dealership provided zero solutions, leaving her with the possibility of having to abandon her car on the side of 85 North for two days! NC Roadside Service's response time was impressively quick, and the technician arrived ready to help. Not only did they change her tire on the spot, but they also took the time to provide some valuable tips for future tire maintenance. The professionalism and friendliness of the technician made a huge difference. I highly recommend NC Roadside Service for anyone in need of roadside assistance. 8 o clock I call for road side service clock he 11 o’clock he arrived he couldn’t find truck keys after I told him check it’s starter if there no voltage I check already my fuses all was good. To pass time he don’t even have no proper tool it’s was joke he keep grounding positive wire to frame to test if there is any power I told him it’s starter he checking fusses it was good then it’s my mistake I test wrong wire there power it’s starter to remove starter it’s took 2 1/2 hour with my help he couldn’t fine sockets ranches he was keep going to truck back and forth wasting my time finally it’s removed then to pick up parts he left 1:20pm come back 6 o’clock . Then I help to install I wish I have my tool it’s was remove and installed 1:30 job. Then there make bill $ 1351 they want to be rich on me please call some one else don’t wast you time I lost my load because of them 7 hours of diagnostic charges for what

Champ came thru like a champ yesterday. I got a flat on my way home from work late last night and he got me back up and running in no time. I had a flat tire, he had me send the location and size of the tire and the guy was there in 25 minutes. I was back home in an hour from the incident, which is unheard of!!! Thank you Champ and NC Roadside Service for helping me in a time of need and not breaking the bank in the meantime 😊😊

We were on a 3 days trip from Florida to Canada when the water pump of our RV let go in SC. Not many people are willing to work on a RV specially on site. Some we called wanted to have the RV towed. Other had a 2-3 days wait for the parts or labor. NC was able to get the part for us and had it installed the same day and at a fair price. Very satisfied with the professional service we received

Had a steer tire go out on my hotshot on 85 just outside of Charlotte. NC Roadside came out and replaced the tire with a new one very quickly. Would recommend and will be my first call if I ever have problems again in the Charlotte area.

More than happy, grateful and satisfied with NC Roadside Service. They were very professional, knowledgeable, quick and responsive. They arrived very fast on site. They were very skilled and efficient and super helpful. Our situation wasn’t easy but they handled it. No other roadside assistance wanted to help us because we were a hotshot. SOO...we had MHC Kenworth work on our truck (from Wed am to Tues pm) that included a road test . Upon retrieval, it had a flat tire which was off the bead. After bringing it to their attention, and pulling up in front of one of the service bays as instructed, were informed that they don't do tires and would have to wait approximately 10 hours until management arrived in the morning. REFUSED to contact their tire vendor for a service call! We reached out to NC Roadside (around midnight, after back and forth with our company) and was greeted on the phone with understanding as well as amazement to the situation. They dispatched a driver who arrived in a reasonable time and was able to get us up and mobile in minutes. The driver, Junior was polite, understanding, and courteous! The price was reasonable considering the situation and would/will certainly call on them again should we ever be in the area in need of help! SUPER NICE FOLKS, VERY HELPFUL!!
