120524 - Helping a friend who gets their car worked on here. Have helped them several times, talked to them about their experience & have talked to the owners / mechanics. I'm not at all impressed. All they do is pulg a computer into your car, it tells them what to fix or replace. They are told how long it will take. They multiply that by their hourly rate, mark up the parts & done! That's not a mechanic in my opinion. Any monkey can do what they are told. If the repair doesn't work they hook it up again & start all over, which costs YOU more money.

I paid for a job that they told me I needed so I thought it was fixed after I paid them for the job. 6 months later I went to tire discounter and they couldn't do an alignment on my car because the work the neighborhood garage was never done.

The Neighborhood Garage Tuned my car up, and put some Windshield Wiper Blades on the car, and checked my left front tire. They did a good job on my car. Previously had done some other work, I had a oil leak, and they did a good job then. I would go back for more work if needed.

I've gotten my car fixed here twice, they are friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. Fast turn around time so you're not waiting weeks for your car to be fixed. Would recommend to everyone.

Took on a repair the Chevrolet dealer wouldn't do and did it. Found a couple others at the same time. The repairs were done right and in the promised time. If my regular garage can't do a repair I will use them again. Nice people to deal with!

amazing people here who actually care about you and not your wallet. one of the only places I actually trust to give our whole family fair prices and they don't try to con you into fixing things that don't need fixin. unlike a few places I know..

I stopped to have my turn signal replaced. The guy charged me $25 only to have it blow almost immediately. When I went back, he said it was probably a lose connection and would have to make an appointment. When I suggested it blew because he didn't use gloves, he laughed and said he didnt need to. Took it somewhere else next day, and got it changed for another$25. Guy used gloves and replaced two screws that the other dude left off. Would not recommend this place.

I've lived in Cincinnati for 8 years and actually stayed up the street and around the corner and never knew about the neighborhood garage well they did not disappoint I was referred by a friend and was in dire need of brakes due to them being metal to metal they sounded horrible they fixed my brakes fast and now my truck sounds great!! I will be back for all needs from here on out

This is the only shop that repairs, all 3 of my vehicles. They keep my vehicles running strong. I maintain my vehicles so they last. Tim, Carl and Brian all know me and my vehicles. I trust them to diagnose my vehicles issues and repair them correctly. Yes, they are a busy shop so plan accordingly. Well worth the wait, if they can’t get you in immediately. Highly recommend for diesel repairs and diagnostics. My 2000 Ford F-250 7.3 turbo diesel with 320k+ miles, 2007 Hyundai Tucson 280k+ miles and 2006 Saturn Ion only gets touched by this shop and so should your vehicles.

Been going here for 10years now for all my maintenance repairs on our trucks mike&sons mattresses that we drive daily honest reliable and upfront since I been dealing with Tim and Carl they are the best in the business I lived in area until February 2021 now living in Trenton I only go to them I don’t care if I lived 70miles away They are my go to mechanics

Excellent service, VERY reasonable cost, usually able to get in right away. Pretty quick turnaround. The owner is very friendly, communicates well, informs you of price & work needed before it's done. The mechanics are great at their job. I would recommend to anyone needing car repairs. You won't be disappointed!
