I had a nail in my run flat tire, Jeff took the call and the shop repaired the tire in 40 minutes. Another shop told me the tire needed to be replaced without even examining the tire. I plan to use this shop for future tire needs.

Corey Willingham is a VERY RUDE when dealing with customers. They want you to drop your car off so that they can lollygag with their jobs. They do NOT honor their appointment times and when asked about ANYTHING, Corey is very short, rude, condescending. Terrible experience. I do NOT recommend to anyone. Definitely will never go back.

They tried to charge me double for changing bearing. It's a $500 job. They quoted for about $1000. Please see receipts/quotes from Almost Auto and True Automotive, I need to go back and check the other works they've done to see if they've over charged on other services.

Corey W. went above and beyond to make this experience as painless as possible. I was two hours from home in an unfamiliar town and frustrated. He was pleasant, professional, and personable. I just recently moved to the area and this place was recommended. The staff at Neighborhood Tire Pros fixed my AC and installed four new tires. Price was right and my vehicle was ready when promised. I will be using them for both my cars.

I was charged $823 just for back brakes and rotors that was a overcharge.

I went to this place Saturday around 2:45 PM due to antifreeze leak. I expected them to tell me I'll see my car Monday because the closed at 5:00. No they found the leak, replaced the hose and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and service was great.

The service performed on my car was done fairly quickly. I just needed and oil change and tires rotated. The staff made sure to check for any other issues that my car had and addressed them. Overall I am pleased with the service I received.

I am totally satisfied with Avondale Tire Pros. They are extremely professional and more than accommodating. They very honest and reliable. I trust them with my vehicle for any assessment, repairs and maintenance. Mitch is the best! He's always professional and offers extremely good advice. Can't say enough. They are a class act for certain. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Very good experience. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They also explained the services and charges: I’d been referred by a friend/ business owner close by. Thus was for an Oil change and inspection for my VW Jetta. (First time not taking it to a VW dealership).
