I have used Neighborhood Tires on several occasions, and have been pleased with the service each time. This time, there was a large piece of sharp metal embedded in one tire. They fixed it in good time, texted me when done. From the lady at the front desk to the service staff, all friendly and professional. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive new tire, they fixed the original, it rides well, and there was a nominal charge for the repair. I highly recommend them.

I've used this location for several years and always received excellent service. I get my oil change and because I purchased tires here I get free tire rotations. This last time they found a screw in my tire which they repaired at no charge. They're always busy, so make an apt and anticipate a 2 hour wait time

I’ve been a Neighborhood Tire Pros customer for 20+ years. The work they do is excellent. The staff explains issues to me, advises me accurately, and provides top quality work on repairs and service. The management of their growing customer base is organized and efficient. I highly recommend this business and the work they do.

An attempt at scheduling an appointment via their online portal did not elicit a response. I brought my vehicle in to get a battery replaced and it was fixed in less than 5 hours. They seemed to do a good job, clarified the type of work, provided an estimate, and sought approval for the work. When the work was finished, I received a call notifying me that the work was done. Would have been 5 of 5 stars but for the online portal.

I have been using Decatur Goodyear and Tire, or Neighborhood Tire Pros for years. They are always top notch. Cindy and her team are excellent, professional, and fast. My latest experience is no different. I'd rate them higher if I could. I highly recommend them.

These folks were very knowledgeable about tire issues. I had a destroyed flat tire late at night on the way back to our hotel and somehow managed to limp in to their downtown store around midnight. I was back there at 7:30 the next morning, and though there were seven customers ahead of me, they replaced my tire and had me ready to go in about 2 hours. Great people and a great experience all around. So grateful!

I had a wonderful experience. I came for oil change, but I didn’t need an alignment. They let me know the prices ahead of time and I had to wait for my car and it wasn’t too long. I will be back for more service.
