I had to service my car: bleeding my brakes. The service only took about 30-40 minutes and David provided great customer service with updates. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend others to this auto shop!

I was in Richmond for the weekend when suddenly all the lights on my car came on. I saw the positive reviews on Google and had it towed here. Wound up paying $200 for an oil change and "diagnostic," and I still don't know where the oil is going. $100 to pull codes is robbery, unless they reveal a problem that you choose to have fixed somewhere else. The oil change was legit; the extra $100 to run codes that revealed nothing is taking advantage. Especially since it's going to happen again, since they treated the symptom, not the cause. Update: next day, unfortunately Sunday, and I was right. Car is undriveable. All the lights, right back on.

The most honest mechanic shop I’ve been to. Dave explained to me in detail what was needed and exactly how much it would cost. When doing the work he actually repaired an additional thing at no increase to me. To me this is the epitome of not only great work but customer service. I recommend this business to all my family, friends and employer has used the services.

The owner was very professional and courteous to my vehicle needs. He was very fair and I got my vehicle back before I even expected. He also told me how to keep up the maintenence and what I needed to watch out for in the future. I will visit again. Neptune has earned a new customer for life!!!

This place is AMAZING let me tell you. I went to so many other mechanics that said they could not do the job & David said he could fix my car in a matter of days & that’s how it was! I was in a bind, suv kept shutting down on me on Midlothian Trnpk! I was up the road from Neptunes in Chesterfield. Thankfully I decided to make a u turn & head back towards the city. I didn't know about Neptunes, I saw the sign as I was driving by, I had to make a uturn at German School & Midlo, my vehicle cutting off & on the whole way, it was stressful! I made it to the lot, told David that the thermostat needle was on High. They diagnosed it & needed a hose. I was also nervous because I needed to be at work at 3:00 & it was 1:30. Thankfully David had me out of there before 3. Thanks so much guys! I will recommend this shop.

I’ve been to Neptune auto service llc twice, both times he was very helpful. The last time I got car towed that morning as he was opening. I was expecting to receive it back the following week. But lucky David was able to get it back that same day. I know that doesn’t happen all the time. He is a very nice person that won’t try and beat you in the head. He makes sure that he can answer all of your questions. I’m going to keep continuing to come here.

This place is the absolute best! David is the owner, and I have never met a more honest man, let alone a mechanic, in my life. He has saved me thousands of dollars by telling me what NEEDS to be done, versus a place like Firestone where they just throw new parts at it until it works. It is worth the drive from anywhere in Richmond. Trust me, they will take care of you here. I am a customer for life, and he will treat you that way from Day 1.
