Thomas and his team took great care to get my Jeep back up and running in tip top shape. I came in with an oil leak over the weekend, so the part wasn’t available for another day. But once we had the part, they got the job done same day. Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what was faulty on my engine oil housing unit, as well as side by side comparisons of the brand new unit put in my Jeep. I appreciated that they didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything unnecessary for the repair I came in for. This shop is trustworthy, efficient, and the prices are more than fair. I will happily take my Jeep and other vehicles here for all my repair needs!

Fair and honest business! I had them repair my power window on the drivers side after it stopped working. They gave me an accurate quote for the repair up front, scheduled an appointment that weekend and completed the work in a day. Works just as new! Will definitely return for future repairs.

I love how quick and efficient this location was. I want to share them with the world. My appointment was at 10am. I was told it could take 30 to 45 min. It was 15 min. I highly recommend this store.

Thomas and Foster answered all my questions, explained the process and were polite and courteous from the phone interaction through the end of my vehicle service. Thomas is the best - he was so transparent about what my car actually needed and was extremely patient and friendly throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back again if I ever need more work done, highly recommend!

Thomas at the Mesa location was awesome to work with. They were able to diagnose the problem that we had. Very knowledgeable technical staff. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get their car fixed in a timely and efficient manner.

Great service! Been at this location for over 30 years and offers auto repair and wheel alignment. I recently replaced some suspension parts and hadn't done a wheel alignment since 2018. Made appointment, professional auto tech put my Camry SE on the lift and within 45 minutes, he had all adjustments made to specs and vehicle was test driven to assure vehicle alignment was completed! Shop is busy, very clean and staff were very helpful in getting car done! I received a text with pics of work rendered and highly recommend this auto repair shop located in Mesa, Arizona! This is the 2nd time I used Network auto in Mesa. This time it was a regulator for a rear window. The window would not go up and in 115 degree heat it was terrible, let alone I couldn't really go anywhere with the window down. In any case, apparently there was only 1 left in the entire valley (in Peoria) and Foster was kind enough to go that far to pick the part up. This is the kind of service that has made Network Auto in Mesa (on Main St) my choice for any mechanical issues my car might have. Thanks to the Foster and crew for a job well done.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Honestly wish I could do more that 5 stars! Their service, technicians, and everything is on point! I went to 4 local shops and NONE were able to perform the alignment on my dodge charger, but sure did charge me. I was recommended here by Jonnys Tires and they did not disappoint. I'm so grateful for them and their experience!

Great car experience at Network Automotive, 104 E MAIN ST, MESA, AZ. Came in for an Alignment and Brake inspection. They went over the job details and options to keep the pricing affordable. I recommend this Service Center they have a reputation for honest reliable work. Plus they guarantee their work with a labor warranty 24 months or 24,000 miles!

I have an old beast with a new rack & pinion that definitely needed a a basic 2 wheel alignment. During the free inspection they found the rear wheels out of alignment and a previous repair had been assembled wrong (NOT A NETWORK REPAIR) and would need to be dismantled and reassembled I thought, well here we go with running up the bill. Yes in fact the bill would be higher but to my surprise, it was only about $30.00 more. I know a lot about car repairs, shop rates and part mark ups. This was a very reasonable and needed up charge and I will be back to them in the future. Oh, as for the alignment? It is spot on.

I took my vehicle in because my engine light came on. The gentleman who was at the front desk was very helpful. I scheduled an appointment and they took care of the problem. Staff was friendly, informative every step of the way with phone calls and texts. I will definately be using them again.

I was impressed with the friendly service I received from the guys at the shop; especially Foster and Thomas. They fixed my stud repair and accommodated me since I was running late for my appointment. They informed me about the check engine light issue (emissions related: catalytic converter/O2 sensor) I was having (which I knew was on) and gave me a resource that could help me save money if I needed it. They gave me a free brake inspection without me asking for it, which is nice because I was planning on getting one done asap anyway. They measured how much wear they had and educated me on what specs. they should be, and what they actually are. I got a sense that this shop is trustworthy and that they’d do any repairs correctly and honestly. It’s good to know there’s a shop that treats their customers with the respect they deserve.

The AC went out in our family van and the compressor ended up being the problem. I thought for sure just based on it being located on the bottom of the engine and it being a tight engine bay that it would take at least a week before we'd get it back. These guys had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 24 hours. I worked with Thomas who was responsive and friendly so I appreciate that as well. Thanks guys, awesome work.
