First experience there was about two months ago when I had a damaged lug stud repaired, which was done very quickly. Second repair was yesterday 10082024 when I had to have the axle replaced on the left front of my 4x4 pickup. I called about 8:15, and they said drop it off, so I dropped off around 8:25. It was done and ready to go around 11:00 and it was done perfectly. Very clean shop, great office people, and technicians are spot on and quick!!

Had a brake issue on my vehicle. Matt found the problem and corrected it with resurfaced front rotors and two new rear rotors. Drives just like brand new again! Thanks to all the team at Network, Brent, Matt and Nick for getting me back on the road safe again!

Brought my car in for an alignment after changing out the front control arms. They checked the alignment and found that all critical areas were all in spec, therefore no charge at all. Nice to know and find an honest business.

Been here three times now, most recently for a simple oil change and then for some more involved maintenance. They are kind, courteous, professional, and do good work. I am someone who can do her own maintenance--I just choose not to whenever I don't have to--so it's nice to know I can trust my truck to a shop like theirs.

Brent and his crew were absolutely amazing! My water pump and radiator both went out at the same time and they were able to get me in the next morning and finish the day after that! Great job and fast service! Would highly recommend!!

I just got my Ford Fiesta fixed here and they did an amazing job. My entire brake system was rusted out & very unsafe to drive, they sent detailed pictures with descriptions and explained everything to me that was wrong with my car. I picked my car up yesterday & it drives like new!!! I will trust this place with my car repairs every time!!!

‼ Got an oil change on my 2021 Tahoe. The next day, my vehicle said engine oil low, add oil. We Checked the oil and it was bone dry. I drove 90 miles with no or very little oil in my car - without knowing. I trusted the service was completed. My husband added 5qts so we could get it back to them or at least running safely. Brought it back, they looked at it for a few minutes and said there were no leaks and it looks fine, I'm good to go. Paid for an oil service, didn't receive it and wasn't even offered a reimbursement for the service + the extra oil we had to add ourselves. I called and spoke to the general manager. I mentioned not even being reimbursed and he said he will send a check. Which really isn't the issue, the $200 check isn't my main concern (but would've been the least they could offer initially). I said it would be preferable to have it checked by the dealer as I'm worried about long term issues. He said I can certainly have them do that but he isn't sure how they will see anything different. I asked if the dealer can check bearings and other issues that may have occurred and he said no, they would have to take the engine out to do all of that. He responded as though that was a crazy request and I kind of felt like an idiot at that point. He kept trying to assure me it was fine and there would be no issues. He said businesses make mistakes, it happens. I have 5 kids and this car was big investment for us. I'm worried about long term issues and feel as though I was just left hanging.
