I originally came to this shop with a Groupon and not much money to my name. The shop team went above and beyond to help me get something fixed on my vehicle that was very important and could’ve cause a lot of issues down the road. This shop will have my business as long as I’m in Las Vegas.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. EXTREMELY DISHONEST! I sent my wife in to get a smog check done. They said she needed a new radiator because her's is leaking. GUESS WHAT? It's not leaking and it is full of fluid. Her brake pads have plenty of pad left. After they said her vehicle might not be safe to drive on the road. I WILL BE GOING TO THE BBB TO REPORT THEM.

I came for an oil change and this location was great! The staff was extremely helpful and took my Groupon with no problem. My car was immediately serviced with no wait time. This is my second time getting my oil changed here and it definitely is my go-to location.

I drove to Vegas from L.A. and went in for their oil change deal while I was in town. They discovered my tires were in really bad shape and wouldn't let me leave until I agreed to at the very least change the front two tires that were about to pop. They gave me a good deal on two decent used tires and more importantly saved me time, stress and possibly harm. I can't thank them enough for getting me back to L.A. safely. They're one of the good ones. Thanks again

I prefer this location rather than the other one. They have always been very quick any time I have taken my car in for any service. They have a nice little waiting area with a TV and coffee. Good customer service, and a good overall experience. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Luis and Kim are the best. I was not oversold anything and made to feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door!! The customer service is top notch, they are fair and honest; a rarity these days. You are in good hands here!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I got my smog check done today. I had the best service ever. They were friendly. The office is clean. They have coffee and water for you while you wait. They were efficient and I highly recommend them to everyone. Will definitely be back Add that. Kim was the girl behind the desk. She could not have been friendlier and helpful and Brian was my technician and he explained everything and great detail and these people are the bomb come to them.

Normally, when I come here, everything is great staff is always friendly and nice. However, on my last visit, I explained in my oil dipstick. The tube is getting stuck to the dipstick itself so I explained they need to be careful when they’re pulling it out I discovered at 11 o’clock at night on a trip, checking my oil level that the tube was placed in backwards so obviously it came out. Took me well over an hour to get the two placed incorrectly at midnight. So I could continue my trip home. Also, I paid for a tire rotation that I never received. When I left from the shop, I didn’t even check because all my past experiences. All work has always been excellent Disappointed this is the second poor interaction I’ve had with Nevada Auto a company on back-to-back visits to two different locations. The issue was not whether or not you have records of the service being performed. I paid for the service of the rotation however, the rotation was never done. .

I came in for a freon fill offer I found on Groupon and they offered to do a free inspection before draining and filling my system, they found the compressor was out and then discovered the orifice valve must have exploded or failed and blew its ball bearings through the system and then the condenser needed replaced, and it was all done very professionally. They kept me updated through the whole process and got me a ride from the shop home and back to the shop to pick it up when it was done. Jessica and Luis were great and I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs work done.

Luis and Jessica made my experience at Nevada Auto Center easy and stress free. I did not have to do anything except make a phone call to them and give the number of my insurance company. They even arranged for the towing of my car. I did not have to go to the shop except to pick up the car the next day. Thank you Luis and Jessica. You relieved me of my anxiety and made my experience very positive and pleasant.

Jessica at the desk was very very nice and kind the place is so clean and they were kind enough to put my new windshield wipers on and my new license plate on I'll definitely recommend them and I will come here all the time for my oil changes
