Scammed my family and now we're forced to take it to court DO NOT GO HERE. Had us sign a blank contract without a repair list or quote, only saying they're taking $3000 from 2 loan companies they use to make repairs when this car was originally taken in for just an oil change. They purposely did not provide the first page of the quote and repair list saying everything they were going to do. Then not long after in the day we returned and asked for the official quote we never received. The time stamp on the page was inaccurate and fake and I don't believe they had a repair list printed at all when the "contract" was officially signed. When asked to cancel the maintenance, get a refund, and cancel the loans on work THAT HADNT EVEN BEEN STARTED, they said too bad you signed it, we already ordered parts no refund. When asked for proof that they already ordered parts within the little time we had left and come back, they refused. I wonder why. They basically acknowledged they purposely scammed us and didn't provide us with the full information when a good business would make sure their customer has the quote and repair list BEFORE signing anything. And when they say the reason for refusal of cancellation/refund is because they ordered parts already, they can't even prove that that was true and claimed they can't cancel an order we're not sure even existed at the time. They wanted to replace the front side of the sway bar and other things however they decided to add replacing the rear shocks and sway bar links when the rear was never discussed to be an issue and of course didn't provide a written quote for it all. Also wants to charge for a $250 fluid package which includes an oil change, when they had already just done an oil change that same day so we'd be paying for 2. So they've charged for parts and services not required not to mention not even providing a written quote when they asked for a signature, taking advantage of an 18yr old. They knew what they were doing. All they'll do is tell you you're the stupid one and refuse to refund the loan cost the very same day it was charged before any work even started. They don't care about you, just your money. They take advantage of people when they know they can. When all was said and done and we asked for the ORIGINAL SIGNED CONTRACT to be printed and given to us, they refused. When we informed them we'd be taking this to court they didn't care or take us seriously.

HORRIBLE! I purchased an Alignment Groupon. I go few days later to redeem the alignment and their alignment machine is down and they don’t know when it will be fixed. Literally the most rude people ever. The Spanish receptionist was unclear and running her mouth not being professional. I wish I could score them a ZERO!!!!!!!

Had an amazing 1st time experience with Nevada Auto Center! They were very thorough and fast. I would definitely recommend coming here for oil changes as well as any other mechanical issues you need fixed for your vehicle. Their rates are great and they're very honest here. Very happy I came across them.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. A very lucky Groupon for an oil change got me here over a year and their inspections surfaced some issues with a car I had bought privately so didn’t know the maintenance of previously. They explain everything so patiently and physically show you the problems on your car. The financing options have been a life saver for unexpected repairs that are very reasonably priced. Francisco, Brian, Danny, and anyone I’ve worked with there has shown compassion and understanding and excellent service every time. I’ll go here no matter where I live in the city. Always recommend them. Thank you!

My wife brought her car last May 2024 to this place and did oil change, coolant flush and change, brake fluid flush/change, spark plug replacement, control arm service, etc. at this place. And today, since the car's registration due is coming, I brought her car to another car service shop and the shop did an inspection and pointed out the oil is really dirty, coolant is also really dark, brake fluid is also really low and dirty. We drove the car only 2000mile since last May and IT IS NO WAY to get dirty and low UNLESS they did not change them.

Hola...siempre vengo a este taller aser cada trabajo que ocupa mi carro ..como cambios de aceites. remplazo de algunas piezas..alineación de mis llantas ...todo se ase con profesionalidad..y sobre todo el precio que ofrecen por cada trabajo.. lo cual esta muy por de bajo de todos los talleres de las vegas ....un cambio de aceite solo por $19 ..de verdad... se lo recomiendo aser cualquier tipo de trabajo ....

If I could I would give this very deceiving, unprofessional company a negative star I would. I paid for a Groupon to have an alignment done that I could have done anywhere else for a 120. I paid for this deal on Saturday and drive 45 min away to get to this place to get told I missed the window by 10 min to come back Monday. So here I am back again, I get told truck won’t go on the lift till noon, so I said what about another location, she calls and send me 15 min away to the next spot, to where the lady starts to put my info In , then tells me I need to pay her a 120$ for it. I said I have a Groupon deal and that’s how much I would pay anywhere else even places closer to my house. She insisted on continuing to argue and tell me it was 120 so finally just walked out. I called the lady who sent me there and she informed me the girl was wrong that it’s 120 total to minus what I paid for the Groupon. Like WHAT!!! So I paid for a deal so they could tell me no and to pay full price anyways. Liars! Manipulators! And worse of all thief's if you let them get away with it. Take your business anywhere but here, you will be glad you did.

I gave these guys 5 starts till today. I've been here twice for an oil change on 2 cars and 30k tune-up for 2 different vehicles that call for 0-16w oil. Today, I called, and Karla told me (which im aware), the car takes 0-16w oil and theu dont carry it. That makes it a special order and more expensive. You guys did it twice before with no problem putting in 0-20w. I was happy to do business with you guys until now. We both know 0-16 and 0-20 are hardly different. Just took my kids car to another shop for a brake flush and adjustment. They got my $150

Sorry to say, I try to find honest mechanics, shops, hate being ripped off. These guys started ok, then wanted to charge me three times for the same thing. All the work involves removing tires, etc, charged to do three jobs, as if they did one, put back together, then do the next, same area, take apart...

This location has never disappointed, been to another location and all they seemed to want to do is upsell. No pressure service along with awesome customer service, can’t ask for more. Small location but the waiting area was comfortable for The Vegas heat. Oil change & 2 belts changed, think I was like an hour wait. I went in around opening time and was in & out so to say. Will be coming back here for sure!
