Simply the best!!! This guy deserves 10 stars!! Very knowledgeable. He actually helped me save a lot of money and a lot of time. He did not make me buy stuff that was not actually needed. He was to the point. He kept everything simple. He was very clean. I truly appreciate this man and I'm definitely keeping this guy in my contacts for ANY future repairs. We all have “a guy” when it comes to vehicle trouble right. Well, my guy told me I would not find an honest mechanic in the Orlando area. Juan from New Age Mobile Mechanic proved otherwise. After I misdiagnosed the problem with my truck he showed up with a new starter and quickly realized I was wrong. Instead of installing it anyways he proceeded as if it were a service call to properly diagnose the issue. He was very good at explaining what was actually going on and the different options I had in resolving the issue once he was done. He also saved me some cash by returning the starter and refunding the amount left after the service call.

Juan is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic dedicated to serving his customers. Had an issue with my starter, he came and replaced an after market part that I purchased. Later that day had an issue with the starter and he was right back out to perform full diagnostics and determined I bought a bad starter. Then I purchased the part through Juan (recommend going that route first) who offers labor and parts warranty and he was out the next day with it working perfectly. Highly recommend Juan for any mobile mechanic needs as he stands behind his work and truly cares about his customers!

Juan made servicing my car extremely easy and cost effective. He came out to my house the day after I called and verified the fix before starting any work. He discovered that I didn't actually need a new alternator and instead fixed the issue without having to replace any parts. I highly recommend Juan to anyone!

My man Juan helped get my girlfriend’s car running brand new again! He helped us replace both lower control arms and the steering knuckle for the front driver side. Juan is super knowledgeable and experienced and explained everything he was doing to the car and his prices that include warranty are unbeatable. This job could’ve been tripled at a regular mechanic shop. He will communicate anything that is important and make sure the customer is always happy. We will definitely be having him do the other side of the car soon and any other work needed. Thanks again my brother!

If you're looking for an honest, helpful and knowledgeable mechanic then Juan is the guy you want working on your car. He called me back immediately when I called him. He asked me to describe what was wrong with my car. I told him and he was able to tell me over the phone. He could have charged to come out and do a diagnostic on it but didn't instead, he gave a world of knowledge over the phone. I was having engine issues and he told me about Kia's engine class action lawsuit where their engines can be faulty and also catch on fire. On the site using my Vin # my car qualified. I had my car towed to the Kia dealership as he instructed me and Kia told me they had to do an inspection to see if my car was part of the recall. Juan told me if I had any issues with Kia to call him back. I was kind of hesitant but I called him and told him Kia sounded as if they weren't going to honor it He then told me to call Kia America and have them look up my Vin. Later that say, Kia called me with the news they would be replacing my engine and also be installing the anti-theft system in my car, free of charge to me. I immediately called Juan back and told him everything. He was very happy for me. I forgot to say he was ready to call if they gave me a hard time and speak to Kia himself. Juan made no money off of me but was genuinely happy for me.I Immediately posted a message on my Fb and I had friends who text or called for his info. I also placed it on WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram and snapchat. A few of my. Friends said they were going to call him. Juan is a pay it forward kind of man. Very honest, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his trade. He is a rare gem in an industry that loves to take advantage of a woman. Juan let me know what was wrong with my car over the phone and setting up a time for him to change my spark plugs was quick. He’s my go to mechanic from now on. I found Juan on google and decided to give him a call because his reviews were fantastic and I was having an issue with my leased Jeep that was outside of warranty through the dealership. Juan returned my call within minutes and was very honest about the issue… instead of taking my money like any other mechanic would, he spent 30 minutes on a call sharing his knowledge and directing me on how the company could and should solve the problem. I am so grateful for his help. The time he spent to point me in the right direction saved me hundreds on a repair.. Should myself or anyone need a repair in the future his number is on speed dial! I gave Juan a call at 10:30 AM on Wednesday and he replied very quickly with a text asking what he could do to help me. I told him what needed to be done as I was having trouble removing some caliper bolts on my 2004 civic si. He called back and we spoke briefly about where I was and what not, and within an hour he was here making l what I struggled with look easy. He also walked me through the process of what he was doing, and had no problem, explaining the proper way for me to do it. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He is straight forward, friendly, quick, and definitely knows his stuff. Thanks again Juan.

If you’re thinking of buying a used car in the Orlando area, definitely have Juan do a pre-purchase inspection. His inspection of a 2006 H2 Hummer we were considering identified undercoating sprayed on to hide rust, leaks in multiple seals, dealer-reset engine codes and lots more. Juan is on your side. Juan is a blessing from above! He exceeded my expectations. 5 stars is not enough to rate the level of service, knowledge and most important HONESTY this man provides. I was leaving my job and noticed a red battery light indicator on my dash. Shortly after the entire dash had a bunch of warning indicators and my steering wheel became very stiff. Panicking because of a 30 min ride back home I was afraid that I would be break down in traffic with this unbearable heat. Luckily I trusted my intuition and risked driving on the highway which lead to continuous charge to the battery but not much. Once I arrived home she died on me and all I could do is thank God because that’s all I needed, was to make it home! Called Juan immediately and the rest was history. He quoted me with a fair price, came out the next day and fixed my alternator with ease. Dropped a ton of knowledge on us, great personality and just an all around trustworthy business man who puts his customers first! Will be spending my hard earned dollars with him in the near future! Juan is such a stellar gentleman! He not only was able to diagnose my vehicle's issue over the phone but he went with me to 3 different AutoZone stores who kept giving me the runaround because they didn't want to honor their battery warranty. I feel that the only reason why they honored the warranty is because I was with Juan (they just saw me as some woman they could take advantage of). I will definitely be calling Juan for any future repairs, hopefully no time too soon! 😁 Note to self: NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AUTO ZONE!!
