I've been a car-owner since 2018, and in that time I've needed an unfortunate amount auto body repairs. From scratch paint to full-on collisions, my car has seen its fair share of damage, due to the negligence of others and, to be fair, myself. Now owning a car in NYC is pricey. From the insurance to cops to the actual dangers of other drivers, sometimes it feels like everyone is out to get you - including the shops. As a Sunset Park resident, it was an enormous relief to find a quality, trustworthy autobody spot right in the neighborhood. Tahir and the crew at New Honeywell Auto have serviced my vehicle multiple times, the most recent occasion bringing it back to near-identical condition after a driver hit and run my vehicle while I was away from it. They have been friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and very helpful. I drive a 20 year old sedan and, rather than just take your money and think about themselves, they've given me advice on the level of investment that would be appropriate for my car, often saving me money. If you're looking for a great autobody spot in the Brooklyn area, I can't recommend New Honeywell Auto enough.

By far the best experience I've had with an auto body repair shop. They replaced my bumper quickly, kept me updated the whole time, and charged me half of what other shops quoted. Would definitely do business with them again.

I know NHW-auto When They Were on Coney island Ave.. New place a few new workers & it's the Same Thing. They did work on my lexus and I'll Never recommend ppls to NHW.

Worst horrible & terrible experience ever. specially with onwer tahir. He's so so unprofessional doesn't care about his customers. Never attend the call/ reply to texts. Never listen to his customers when you at his shop. The workers ( mechanics ) are very good at work & respectful. If you have minimal damage of vehicle the onwer doesn't care but if you have a huge damage to vehicle then he'll be concern and help you asap. I totally don't recommend this workshop at all to anyone. Never ever come to this shop. The onwer will keeps u waiting n waiting for no reason.

Tahir was excellent. He repainted a vintage car I had last summer and it came out great. He kept to the timeline he originally stated and was fair and honest throughout the process. He went above and beyond by fixing additional stuff on an already difficult car to work with. Highly recommend him for body work and paint.
