I had a wonderful experience at New Hope Auto. Everything was handled seamlessly. The work was done quickly with great attention to detail. I was given frequent updates on the progress, which was very appreciated. The quality of their work was top-notch. My car looked better than brand new, as if the accident never happened. If you are looking for an honest, efficient, and reliable place, I can’t recommend New Hope Auto enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future auto needs.

I’ve been a customer of New Hope Auto for over ten years with two cars. The work is always excellent. The prices are always good. The staff is excellent and they also care about the quality of their work. The owner, Roger, is accessible and easy to talk to. I am actually relieved when I see him because he knows me and I genuinely feel that he cares. I never feel like some stranger when they work on my car and I never feel like I’m disturbing them no matter how busy they are.

I have been buying cars from shops for 25 years now. I have never delt with a shop that had better customer service than this one. Roger is the only guy that ever called me personally to check on me AFTER I bought the car. I had a small issue with the car when I bought it. It was used so thats expected sometimes. He made it right 100%. I came down and he got me right in immediately. Didnt have wait more than 10 minutes! Dude is aces!

I've been going to New Hope Automobile for over two decades for maintenance and repairs for my cars. This was the first time I had to do auto body work. Not only are the scratches and dent gone, but they even cleared up a couple of other tiny scratches for me. My car looks like it just stepped out of a showroom. Roger charges a fair price, and you get the best quality for your dollar!! I recommend New Hope Automobile to everyone who needs an honest mechanic, which is rare nowadays.

Roger and the crew at New Hope Auto got my 22 year old Xterra running like brand new! Very friendly as soon as I walked in. They even had expensive exotic cars they were working on but still treated my old car as if it was just as important. After a short time they explained the work my car needed and the price was very reasonable. I will be using them for any auto work in the future.

You you need body work done or regular maintenance done on your vehicle check out New Hope Auto. Very professional and does the right thing. Just got my truck rear ended and had them fix it. Looks brand new again. Thanks to Roger and the crew for such amazing work.

I have been a customer here for more than 30 year's, Would not dream of going anywhere else. New Hope offers every service to keep your vehicle on the road. Inspection, routine maintenance, diagnostic, full body shop, engine overhaul, all makes/ models. Truly one stop repair shop. ***the people that leave bad reviews are probably Rogers competitors. I know when I get bad reviews they are from people that were never even at my shop. Nevertheless, New Hope is my only shop I go to. *UpDate 6-27-2022 Roger @New Hope Auto really gets you back on road quick. Got into my car this morning drove a few blocks and noticed a major issue. Went straight over to New Hope and within a few hours got me back on the road. They even performed routine maintenance, and resolved another issue they discovered. Roger pretends to be your friend when you first meet him and will give you a quick date on when the work will be done. After you pay him or after he gets the car, he will take FOREVER and not care about you. He’s to the point where he’s making so much money he doesn’t care anymore about good customer service, he knows if someone comes to him for something and then when he’s done he will give them an INSANE PRICE. I would not go to him to be honest, and his packed shop doesn’t show good work, it just shows the loyalty in some of the customers who’s been going here for years since his parents ran the shop tbh.

Unfortunately my rear passenger door got damaged by garbage truck. I went to couple of body shops for estimate, but price and time frame to fix it wasn’t good enough for me. Luckily, my friend recommended me to go and check it with Roger from New Hope Automobile. I’m happy that I did. Roger is really professional, polite and easy going guy. He gave me the best price and he finished my car at the same day. Have no problem or any issues with the paint. No 2-3 days, like I was told at the other places. So, A+ Body Shop. You won’t find a better body shop & owner who cares not just about the cars but, the driver as well. I’ve done maintenance, to body work, paint jobs, all the way to inspections. Amazing experience they take there time to explain everything they do with no unforeseen cost. The customer service at this autobody Shop has surpassed any of my previous experiences with mechanics who don’t really take the time to please there customers. I only wish I would have met him years ago when I was overcharged. They really take pride in all the work in I’ve been here 3 times. They also specialize in wraps & painting your car which I can’t wait to do for the holidays .

charges an arm and a leg. my son went and got charged $350 for front and rear brakes (JUST LABOR). are you kidding me?
