We have been coming here for over 7 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, our whole family takes their Hondas and Toyotas there. Tung is an excellent mechanic, he is timely with his turn around time, honest and affordable.

Had a flat tire and had this guy work on it. Next day tire was flat again. Turns out he had patched one of the holes, but there was still another one unaccounted for. Mistakes happen I totally get it. The reason why I’m writing this review though is because when I went back with my dad to see what we could do, the same guy basically shook us off and came up with excuses. Didn’t even wanna help us because it was a “waste of time”. No apology or anything. He just gave us some money back and blew us off. I went to a different place and the first thing those kind folks said about the wheel was that it was damaged, wasn’t safe to drive in, and it needed to be replaced and helped us out no problem. Lol Would have been nice if this place told us ahead of time that they don’t know how to work with tires; that way no one’s time would have been wasted.

Great experience! Super clear about what was wrong with my A/C system and other concerns that could have caused an issue later so I could make a good decision. Didn't push me to fix anything that wasn't necessary. Had compressor replaced same day I brought it the car in for diagnosis.

One of the best mechanics here at San Jose. He has been served my three cars for years (finally I decide to write this review) at lowest cost, decent services, and most importantly he very honest about car situations, tell you what is going on, and up to you if you want to do it If you want to save money and stay away from trouble, use his services. Though, he is quite busy, appointment is needed

Tong is the absolute best, honest mechanic I've ever known. We have taken all of our family vehicles to him for over a decade and trust him implicitly. We've recommended him to all of our neighbors who are equally as pleased. He explains exactly what has to be done, shows you any parts that he took out and provides a thorough explanation for any future issues that you should consider. My favorite thing is that if you don't need something done, he let's you know that too so that you can save money. If he can't do something he let's you know so that you can get better service elsewhere. He is outstanding!!

Tong is the best! I came in for a valve adjustment on my Honda CRV, he allowed me to see the top of my motor with the valve cover off as well as underneath to diagnose further issues. Good pricing and very transparent and honest. Will be coming back for sure!

He was able to accommodate parking our vehicle inside his garage the day before for safe keeping before he was going to work on it. He took time out of his day to look over the vehicle and give his diagnosis without an appointment. He is very nice and explains everything, trustworthy and communicates well all the work that needs to be done. We are bringing all our cars to him! Superb job.

I found this place by accident and LOVE it. He is super good, tells me when I don't need things and doesn't just go after the $$$. he always shows me the parts and is up front on everything. This is the only place I go now.

Mr. Tung..was above and beyond great mechanic, professional, and honest...he fixed my radiator, water pump, oil change, transmission oil..etc at a reasonable price, quickly, and thoughtful, and amazingly well done.. He even change and fixed my back lights free of charge.. I cannot say ENOUGH about THIS great clean shop and Mr. TUNG.. WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!😁👏

This is a great shop to get your Import Japanese car fixed. But he does specialize in Honda/Acura vehicles. Very honest and runs an extremely clean shop. He has been my main mechanic for the last few years and I am very glad to have found him at this location. To major services, brakes and oil changes he will do them at reasonable prices. Excellent shop that I recommend greatly!
