Came all the way from NJ to get our 17 year old car fixed. We tried Toyota and they couldn't even figure out how to fix the door. My dad is thrilled and we saved so much money. Highly recommend!!

I went into have him look at my Lexus the owner & mechanics went back & forth for 1 hour he trying to figure out the problem. I was so impressed that these guys tried all they could & it was a simple fix. He didn’t even charge me. Never in all my yrs have I went to a shop where someone didn’t try to scam me. Very honest & respectful people the patience I witnessed & determination to figure out the issue. Even though he was busy they didn’t even try to push me out of there. Whatever they did fixed the noise coming from the truck

If you are a new car owner and not sure which auto shop to go to OR if you're STILL looking for a reliable auto shop that WON'T overcharge - then you are lucky! NEW L & M Auto Service Inc is reliable, honest, and inexpensive. They earned my 5 stars! As a 13+ years car owner, I've been to a few auto shops and this one is definitely my GO TO shop. The staff won't try to upsell you or suggest work that is not needed. I've been here a few times for oil change, inspection, battery, transmission flush, change water pump, general maintenance and every time it is done efficiently and cheap. More than twice I came to ask the owner if so and so is needed since I have over 100k miles and he honestly said it's okay and you don't need to change it now. Believe me! Most auto shops will say on the spot that you need this and that - so they can get paid! If you feel your vehicle is due for some maintenance, come here and they will inspect it for you for free!

They are definitely a scammers I went there to get my car fixed and even before he check it , he insisted that it is the starter . He charged me for a used starter more than a new one price . Kept the car for almost 6 hours . Then when it came the time to pay he refused to give me my old starter and demanded additional 63 $ to give me my starter. Stay away from this place if you want your car getting fixed .

I rarely write interviews in general. The owner (Chee) is honest and the prices are fair. I was referred by my best friend around 2016, and have been going to L&M Auto Service routinely for my oil changes, inspections, fluid changes, etc. Most recently on 5/11/19 evening, my car was disabled on the street due to a failed alternator. I called Chee during his off hours, and he came through to assist. He did a life hack using a jump starter to drive my car to his shop, and forgo the need to call for a tow truck essentially saving me at least $200. L&M installed the new alternator the next day, and I was good to go. If you want honesty, integrity, fair prices, and good workmanship then L&M will take great care of you and your car.
