I had a complex job involving a crumpled front end on a Hyundai Tucson. You know how you walk into a place and instinctively trust it? They accepted my insurance estimate, got to work and kept me informed. They know what they're doing, and they are good to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Took my car in for a slight wobble on the front passenger side. Mechanic (I believe it was Israel), fixed the issue, did a realignment, and my baby was driving like new. He also fixed an ABS error message, that would pop up intermittently. Very honest business and will for sure be a returning customer. I actually have the car back in the shop, replacing my 2 front grilles and bumper. Will update on the next review!

New Millennium was a total life saver for me when my car fell victim to a hit and run on the day I was supposed to drive out of town for a ski weekend. They were able to take it in right away and even stayed open after hours to receive the tow. Beyond that, when I got back from the long weekend, they allowed me to put my ski equipment back into the car for storage and when it was ready for pickup, they held it an extra few days for me while I was away on business. Special shoutout to Callum who dealt with all this drama! They'll be my go to for any car issues going forward.

Twice this has happened to me here: I asked them to do an annual emissions inspection and they placed all these conditions in order to pass me - i.e. spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars or we'll fail you In both cases I took my car to our usual mechanic, who is farther away in Bay Ridge, and he told us the issues they highlighted were either non-existent or not at all urgent. So, despite being impressed with the staff and appreciative of their responsivness, beware. In my opinion, they have been quite aggressive.

I came I here when a light came on on my dash just before a long drive. They were able to quickly diagnose and fit me in that day so that my trip wasn’t ruined, and they charged a very fair price. I’ll be coming back here for anything I need, they’re great!

I have knocking sound coming from my engine at cold start. I took my car here. They told me the oil level was low and that’s why the engine made the knocking sound at cold start. They refilled the oil with one quart of oil and sound has gone away. That’s what they said and charged me 153$ for basically refilling the oil. The next day I cold start the car and it makes the same knocking sound. I called them, told them that they didn’t fix the issue. They told me I should bring the car in so they can further investigate the problem. I said sure, so you can charge me another 153$ for nothing? No way, I’ll take my care to a different shop. So this is the professionalism that you can read on all the five star reviews. Oh and another thing. I left a one start review on their website. And guess what, it did not appear on the site. Looking on the reviews on their website, all of them are five stars, there are 700+ reviews, all five stars. Not a single four star. Surely you can have a 5.0 review out of 700+ reviews if you let only five stars reviews on your site. Anyway they are unprofessional and clearly incompetent. Stay away.

Insanely professional & personal, thorough and fair. We’ve had New Millenium do all of our inspections, and repairs major and minor. They always take the time to walk us through all decisions, and to educate us on what’s going on with our car. They’re the best!

Just moved up here from upstate and needed an oil change and to check an engine light. Passed this place several times and looked it up on internet. Sent them an email over the holiday weekend and they responded quickly and set me up with a time to come in. Was taken care of very professionally and in short time, had a complete oil change and a potential problem was diagnosed. Cost was very reasonable. Very happy that I found a place close to our home that is professional and expert.
