**Review for New Sun Auto Services & Repair** After a minor car accident, I chose New Sun Auto Services & Repair because they were highly recommended to me by Jiffy Lube. Upon arrival, I spoke with Gabriel, who informed me that the mechanic specializing in Mercedes-Benz was unavailable and would be back the following week. I left my phone number and all the important information about my car with Gabriel. A week passed without any call back from the mechanic, despite my insurance company repeatedly contacting me to figure out the next steps. In summary, while this mechanic shop may be good at what they do, I wouldn't know because they avoided working on my car and failed to return my calls. Based on my experience, they are very unprofessional. I plan to inform Jiffy Lube to stop recommending them due to their apparent lack of communication and willingness to work. I am highly disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone. They earn a 1-star rating for their unprofessionalism and lack of effort.

Jeffrey, I believe that's what he said his name was, was awesome. He was super friendly and helpful. I called at least 6 or 7 different places in the area and not one person had the size tire I needed except for these guys and the price in an emergency right before work was super reasonable! I was literally in and out in 15 minutes! Made it on time to work and everything.

Awesome service they helped me find a tire after mine was badly damaged. 3 stars because they badly scratched my wheel and covered it up with grease. I went about 3 weeks ago but left out of town and didnt move my car for those 3 weeks. Finally got back in town and washed my car and noticed there was a lot of grease over the one wheel that had the tire replaced after washing off the grease i noticed a lot of scratches that don't coincide with curb rash. There was grease all over the 4 dots on the picture attached to this review and there's many more dots where the paint was chipped around the wheel. My wheels are black so i didn't notice that day. If the employee would have just owned up to scratching the wheels while installing the tire i wouldnt have cared but the whole covering it up with grease just looks bad.

This place is a scam - I’ve been trying to get a hold of the owner who talked me into replacing a part that was not needed (and cost me $1100.00). He won’t return my calls and is never there when I go by. So frustrated.

My mini cooper's engine light was on, he said it's the thermostat issue and the part need to be changed. I took my car to the store at afternoon and he said I can get it back the next morning. However, next morning I was told that he couldn't get the right part and have to order it from dealer so my car have to stay there for one more day. Fine. The next day, i finally got my car, literally 10 mins after I left the store, the engine light CAME BACK!!!! And the car sounds even worse than before!!!! I drove back to the store and he told me now it's the valve cover's problem, I need to change it. I was charged for a Not Fixed Problem!!!! He just took advantage of me know nothing about car and I'm a foreigner!!!! He just want to get as much money as he can from you and don't care whether your problem is solved or not!!!! I took my car to another Mini Cooper technician's place and he told me nothing's wrong with the valve cover at all! So, don't waste your money here.
