The blower motor in my vehicle went out. I called them at 2pm and they closed in three hours. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle by 4. The dealer quoted me a price almost 3 times what Newell’s did. Not only are they reasonably priced, but they are honest, and they got the job done quickly and on the same day. I would give them six stars if I could.

I'm in town from Kansas City, Missouri for work when my Cadillac Escalade developed an issue that felt like the whole front end was gonna come apart. I talked to these guys on Monday afternoon and I was driving myself to lunch Tuesday the next day. Completely 100% repaired. And at a price that was absolutely reasonable. Thanks to Sam, Nick, and Austin. Super nice guys. Done right. Done quick. And at a great price. What more can you ask!?!?!!!!!!!

These guys are great! My partner needed work on her Kia Soul and the dealer wanted $4k. We called Newell’s and they were super helpful and communicative every step of the way. They got the work done on schedule and we ended up getting the fix for around a third of the dealer quoted estimate, and haven’t had any issues since. We will definitely be going to them in the future for any maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!

I had taken my car into Woodhouse Hyundai 2 times and spent $4000 without fixing, and Newell was able to fix it for $200. Knowledge and easy to work with.

Sam and Nick at Newell's Auto are truly honest auto mechanics. Great service and WAY cheaper than some of the bigger companies. They have done mechanical and body work on my vehicle. I highly recommend these guys. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best price for quality parts. They don't try to sell you on anything or upcharge you. Good people!!

Newell’s Auto Repair goes above and beyond. These guys are really great at what they do. My engine blew and Nick dug in and found an extended warranty on my vehicle and helped me get the process started. In the end, I paid nothing for the brand new engine. Second I brought my car in for oil change and “something clunky”. Upon inspecting my vehicle they found other more important issues I was dealing with. Explained why it was important to get it done. UPDATE 8/2022. I have been back for oil changes and engine, transmission, brake and exhaust issues, and I remain impressed and grateful for the high-quality service and easy communication. I brought my car in for service after hearing strange dragging noises, which turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. The techs at Newell's auto repair were able to quickly diagnose that issue, and while I had it in for the repair, I went ahead and had them perform flush and refill service on the transmission and radiator, clean the valves and injectors and replace all the filters. Communication about pricing was excellent and my car seems to have renewed power plus no more dragging noise with the new bearing installed. A++ on all fronts. I won't be going anywhere else for service unless it's a warranty or recall issue.

Nick rebuilt the part of the ignition where the key goes to turn on the car. He does excellent work at very reasonable rates. Highly recommend Newell's Auto Repair.

My experience with Newell's Auto Repair was excellent! I needed to have the brakes replaced on my box truck and they were willing to work on it even though it could not be put on their lift. The communication overall was great and shoutout to Sam for keeping me in the loop throughout the process. The pricing on the parts and labor were extremely fair, they even had it done the day before I needed it. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs a honest and reliable mechanic. Thanks again to the whole crew!
