They put in a new battery and alternator barely a year ago and last week the (i found out later) battery crapped out so i sent it back up there and not only did they replace the battery, they also replaced the alternator again and charged me 0.00 because they were both under warranty. As long as this place stays open i will never, and i mean never take my car anywhere else. Very honest people.

Hi had AC problems called Newtons auto and took it too them what a great experience. They were able to locate the problem in a timely manner. Will most definitely be taking to them for any other automotive issues they even came and picked me up to get my car when I had ride. Haven't had that kid of service in years.

Needed to get my poor car fixed up, had some obvious alignment issues and was told at another place I needed to get the suspension fixed. Came to Newton's and they told me what was really wrong and even welded my muffler back in place to stop the racket it was making, free of charge! Very friendly and trustworthy people, I would recommend this place to anyone who is worried about being misled by auto shops!

I went in just to get my breaks looked at and my dented wheel well looked at. He ended up fixing my door that was unopenable and the wheel well and just charged me for the breaks. Best place ever!!! I can't express how grateful I am of what they did!

Absolutely wonderful service here. Friendly staff especially Ms. Karen, my service was done in a timely manner. Thank you so much to the owner Mr. Mike for taking care of the extra services that I needed done that I wasn’t aware of, and for also making sure my vehicle was in good standing for me and my children. Going to Newtons is always a positive experience. The prices are within the ballpark of average services and the work is done quickly and accurately. Newton's Automotive is by far the best Auto repair shop I have ever been to. Honest people and honest work 100% of the time.

Great service. Great pricing on repairs. Friendly staff. They've got our business from now on. Another shop had quoted me for the same repair over $400 plus a diagnostic fee of $108, Newton's quoted me for $150. They even waived the fee for the diagnostic because I had them do the repair. They saved me over $300 bucks. Awesome job Newton's. We will recommend this shop to family and friends in the future.

Was told the good news job got cheaper when in reality they didn't do the job right an decided to not get the alignment done on my truck . Company seems to have a problem being transparent with there customers

Mike and Karen Newton are super thoughtful and kind. They were quick and receptive to getting my truck issues address quickly, explained exactly what my issue was, showed me evidence to support the need for the repairs and did so at what seems like a fair and reasonable rate. I will be entrusting them with future car repairs. They are also conveniently located to my work, which is a bonus. Most importantly they did a great job of communicating and keeping me in the loop with what was going on during the process of the repairs. They're worth checking out IMO.

Newton’s is fantastic!!!! I’m not from Louisville and I don’t have any family here that could help me with my car. I stopped by Newton’s because they were the closest to me with the highest reviews. I made the right decision!!!! They are super helpful and explain everything I needed to know about what my car was doing. They were exceptionally fast as well, having my car fixed within a couple days. Karen was super kind also and drove me all the way home (downtown) because they still needed to keep my car the 2nd night. SO thoughtful and kind!!!! They also don’t take advantage of people and they make sure to charge very reasonable prices for labor and parts needed. If I have any other car issues in the future, I’m going straight to Newton’s Automotive! Thanks guys! 💓
