If you’re not yet a client of NexGen you should be. These guys not only know their stuff but they’re super helpful and accommodating. Put them on your list of great resources. Great service. Personable. They provided detailed information on the inspection and quickly addressed a couple of issues. I feel these folks are knowledgeable and responsive—and I don’t have to take my car to a dealer in Milwaukee. Will be a regular customer. Thanks folks.

Had Class 3 trailer hitch put on a Subaru Crosstrek. Haven’t used it yet but service was just fine. They did a free inspection and pointed out service I needed to take care of to keep the vehicle safe to operate.

I went in to get my plates renewed and asked them a separate question about an issue I was having with my car. They were able to get my car in and looked at quickly and around my schedule. The issues were well explained and the price was not bad either. My car was only out for 2 days and they gave me a great comp car so I could still get to and from work. Everyone there was super nice and great to work with. Totally recommend.

When I went for my emissions testing my low tire pressure light was on, he checked my tires and put air in them. For my oil change I dropped off my car when it was ready to be picked up they called me. Exceptional service!
