I have had a very hard time finding a trustworthy and honorable mechanic - Until I made my way to Nguyen Complete Auto Repair. From simple break jobs to replacing my master cylinder they have done fantastic & completed all the work in a timely manner. I also NEVER feel like I got ripped off!!

my husband took our Dodge Durango here a few times we got a tuneup, and a few other things done we where very satisfied with the work that was done they have the Best prices on the block, good customer service, and very respectful people. It’s a family owned business and we will be going back again for sure…….

Awful business. My inspection was “supposedly cleared” by Timmy and his technicians. Went to the DMV and was told my inspection was incomplete. Horrible experience as well. All the workers in here were yelling at one another. They seemed like a family business and was not professional at all. Will be informing all of my MD friends and healthcare colleagues to never stop at this shady business. This place deserves 0/5 stars.

I'm going to make this as simple as possible. You'd be a fool to take your car any place other than Nguyen Complete Auto Repair. Both Kevin and his son are AWESOME! Very kind and helpful, was able to squeeze me in last minute on a Saturday to run codes on my car and gave me a reduced price as a first time customer. Would recommend!

Went here to get AC compressor replaced and engine mounts replaced. They messed up my radio and AC switch selector, and scratched up my dash. A day later my exhaust pipe broke, I got that replaced, engine was still making noises. So I took my car to another shop. They said I needed to replace engine and transmission mounts. This place didn't fix my problems, and gave me a few more to deal with.

Got an inspection and needed my brakes replaced. Steve and Timmy said everything was fine and my breaks got replaced. The same day I picked up the car it overheated and broke down mind you the same day I picked it up from the shop. No point of an inspection when nothings fixed and you break down right away. I won’t be back sadly

I called as a new customer and he took me in right away, last minute. He made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. As much as I don’t want to have vehicle problems, I am excited to come back to this spot.

I talked to Jose who has been there since 2008 and went over everything that I need for my BMW. He took the time out of his lunch to help me and even showed me the codes on the internet for the parts that I need. I also met the owner and he was working on a vehicle. These guys are honest and won't hike up the price on you.

Steve is very honest and reasonable. I heard my front brakes squeaking. I went to two mechanics before who told me my struts had to be replaced and the front brakes were fine , then i went to the dealership and they said the struts were fine and my front brakes needed to be replaced and there was a leak in the axel. I went to Steve with all my concerns, his diagnosis was exactly what the dealership said and told me and gave me some tips at identifying problems with my car. He wasn’t trying to take my money and when i had concerns about my air filter, he offered to do it for free. He’s really skilled and kind. Nice to have a honest mechanic
