I have reported this business with the FDAC and the local MDPD. Malpractice and exploitation of people’s ignorance of the motor vehicular industry, as well as manipulating senior elder’s into having unnecessary repairs.

Oil change was so expensive that I moved to Flagger and 74 to have it done for only $50.00 and they do it before your eyes

I got a flat tire late at night so I left my car parked in front of the shop. Next morning that I called them, they had fixed it already. How amazing is that? Outstanding service! Not to mention that everyone is super nice and helpful. Thank you to Julian and the guy who fixed my tire!

Si pudiera poner estrellas negativas las podria ladrones lleve mi carro a instalar la linea del power steering e hicieron un trabajo mediocre no purgaron el sistema quedo con ruido y para mayor chapuceria no colocaron los soportes de la manguera me cobrarob 300 dolares por una verdadera chapuseria. El dueño Gustavo Carnevale con gran descaro y mentiras me dijo "lo siento pno voy a hacer nada por ti" aqui va una foto de la manguera sin si soporte situacion que pone en riesgo la seguridad si se llega romper.

This is with the new owner, not the previous owner Nick. I went to change my oil on the 15th of May. I brought my own oil and filter. I gave them both to the owner, and then they began to change my oil. I noticed that while they were changing my oil, they closed the garage doors so I couldnt see them work. I felt like that was strange, so when I got home I checked my car underneath just in case. The filter I gave them to put in my car was a blue Honda filter, however the filter I saw in my car was the old one, which is black. I went back to the shop and confronted the owner. I told him what had happened, and that my filter remained unchanged and was still in the shop. I asked him to bring my blue filter back, since they had kept it. I recieved it with the packaging still on, meaning they had stolen my filter and I’m not sure if they ever changed my oil. The owner asked me to come back the next day but I declined. They charged me $30 without ever changing my filter, and if I hadn’t gone back, they would have kept it. Pictured below is an image of my car after exiting the shop with the old black filter, and the blue filter they were supposed to put in my car still in its packaging. Esto es con el nuevo propietario, no con el propietario anterior, Nick. Fui a cambiar mi aceite el 15 de mayo. Traje mi propio aceite y filtro. Se los di ambos al dueño y luego empezaron a cambiarme el aceite. Noté que mientras me cambiaban el aceite, cerraron las puertas del garaje para que no pudiera verlos funcionar. Sentí que eso era extraño, así que cuando llegué a casa revisé mi auto debajo por si acaso. El filtro que les di para poner en mi carro era un filtro Honda azul, sin embargo el filtro que vi en mi carro era el viejo, que es negro. Regresé a la tienda y me enfrenté al dueño. Le conté lo que había sucedido y que mi filtro permaneció sin cambios y todavía estaba en la tienda. Le pedí que me devolviera el filtro azul, ya que se lo habían quedado. Lo recibí con el empaque aún puesto, lo que significa que me habían robado el filtro y no estoy seguro si alguna vez me cambiaron el aceite. El dueño me pidió que volviera al día siguiente, pero me negué. Me cobraron $30 sin cambiarme el filtro y si no hubiera vuelto, me lo habrían quedado. A continuación se muestra una imagen de mi automóvil después de salir de la tienda con el filtro negro viejo y el filtro azul que se suponía que debían colocar en mi automóvil aún en su empaque.

I have taken my car twice to this shop and so far I am very satisfied. The owner gives you honest assessments of the car issues and the prices are fair. While the car is being fixed, they call you and give you updates of the progress. No issues so far with the repairs.

I highly recommend this shop to everyone. My husband and I stopped here during travels needing a fuel pump replaced. Nervous going to a random mechanic for such a big job. These guys took us and took care of us. They did the job at a fair price, promptly and made us feel appreciated as customers. We had been to 3 mechanics trying to figure out what was going on with our car and nobody could figure it out but these guys did!!
