Came in today to get diagnostic on a check engine light and found out I had a bad catalytic converter Nick took care of the repair within a reasonable price as he always have. I have been a returning customer going on 4 years and I’m glad to know I have a mechanic I can trust ,that always take care of the job.

Very friendly guy, he was very nice and hearing. Did my oil change very quickly, also changed my breaks and rotors amazingly quick. Also very nice to other customers, I recommend visiting.

Couldn’t even wait to go there and I jus knew they are the worst. Called to ask about their state inspection prices and the guy that answered didn’t even introduce himself. He just came in like “Nicks auto” like who answers the phone like that. And the whole time am tryna to say something he just shuts me up like he already knows what am gonna say. 10 seconds later we done talk I respectfully say “oh okay thank you” and he just hangs up the phone rudely. I work in auto services too and I answer the phone too everyday and that is not how a customer should be welcomed or dismissed after a call. Don’t even know who I talked to. That’s just sad. Phone calls matter cause that’s a way to bring in customers at your location but just hearing that guy speak to me I don’t think any customer would come to that place after being talked to like that.

I found me a new car guy. It's hard to find. A honest mechanic. I was referred by my daughter. He's a very nice guy. I'm not sure why a customer posted he cost to much for a inspection. When it's the same price everywhere. People will say things just because they didn't get their way

If you are giving a one star review in a sea of five stars, check again maybe it’s you. Nick is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I once had a starter go bad on me. Not only did he recommend an affordable tow truck, he was able to get it fixed before the day was up. He gives quality service for a good price, no rework.

Nicks auto service is a friendly experience. I’ve had all kinds of work done on my cars over the years and never been dissatisfied. I never thought I’d find a an auto repair shop that I could be completely satisfied with. But, I was wrong. I never worry about where I can take my car for reliable service at a decent price.

Installed new brakes the next day my car started making weird sound took it to my mechanic friend he found missing parts and broken pad break is one of the easiest job and they cant do it right do yourself a favour find another repair shop

Nick is rude and disingenuous! I use to get work on all my cars there years ago...but over the years he has gotten way worse with his disregard. Every consumer has every right to get auto repair quotes and he should accept that customer relations is part of the business....which he sucks at. If you are not looking to be taken advantage of look else where. He'll quote you one price then another. If you know what your talking about with your vehicle, he'll tell you well you can do it then. After trying to get quotes today....I'm good on the attitude! There are way too many repair shops to deal with him.

This guy is the BEST !! Came here to get my brakes diagnosed and replaced and this guy fit me into his tight schedule after initially been quoted a week for repairs (and that's AFTER he talked for a solid 7 minutes on the phone trying to diagnose it). He also had the best pricing by far at least around this area. I really recommend at least calling and seeing for yourself.

I stopped in to price needed services. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and not only did he show me things about my Toyota but he also showed me things that other places neglected to show me. I did not feel pressured to do anything but I did feel comfortable in speaking with him. He is a top notch mechanic and I am glad I stopped in to see him.

I'd give this devil below 0 stars. This devil can not be trusted. He is not a true mechanic. He couldn't even tell me what was wrong with my car! Everytime I took my car to him, it would break down worse than before. I can't even call him a man. He is corrupt mechanic and devil that deserves to rot in hell.

Despite some of the negative reviews you might see of Nick's Auto Service, my experience was totally wonderful! Nick is a very honest, professional guy, he tells you what your problem(s) will be with your vehicle and lets you know whats what. I brought my vehicle in today for a state inspection and he got right on it. He was very professional and let me know he had an oil change in front of me that would only take 10 minutes and it took exactly 10 minutes! He told me what was needed from me, how much the inspection would be and where to park. Soon as he was done with the oil change he proceeded to pull my car up and start the inspection! It was a smooth process and he was very kind and friendly. Nick is very passionate about his work and it shows! I will most certainly go back to his shop in the future for any repairs and inspections! Thanks Nick!
