Had a fam member go and they over charged them. I topped going because last time I went I got charged $35 for air ??? Like really? But i couldn’t tell my fam member not to go because they felt it looked like nice place. I swear I stopped going after that charge of $35

I went there and got new tailpipes and a muffler. Not even a month passes, and it breaks where the muffler and exhaust meet. When they git the job done, they said they guaranteed their work. When I took it back so they can fix what they did, they say that they'll do it, but I have to pay the labor. I said I'll pay the part, not the labor. They didn’t want to do that. I don't know, but if you're going to guarantee your work, then do so. Don't say it, then still want to charge for something you did. After they fixed it, they still wanted to charge me $825.00 in labor. Can you believe that. I said no, I'm not paying that. I'm only paying $500.00, and even at that, I shouldn't have to pay for anything. I've taken 4 trucks there, and this is the service I get. I have a construction company, and when i say I guarantee my work, it involves material and labor. I will never come back to this place or recommend it to anyone else. If you go here don't believe them when they say the guarantee their work.

Always wanted to stop here since I was born and raised here in Austin. Finally made the stop and 100% glad I did. I paid almost.$800 less than any other shop I would have went to. Had a flat, asked them to replace. They came back with a mismatched tire width to my other tires. They told me, I asked if it was still okay to have this, they said it was okay to have no problems. After driving for two minutes car light started coming on. Turns out its a big no no to have one tire different size, messes with differential and ABS can lock you up or not stop properly! THEN charged me $20 to put my spare back on. Guys sold me a bad tire then charged me in the end lmfao just give me back the money

Halloween 2023- The shop owner threatened to charge me more for a diagnostic fee that was even more than the what the dealership charges. My car inside was messy and they changed my radio settings. * Esta gente en este negocio tiene una oficina de cerdos que apesta y son abusones. * Caution -take your business elsewhere as trust is low here.

I pulled up one of the workers asked me what i needed i asked him for a straight pipe they immediately started putting it on the ramp they let me pick out my dual tips and they started to work they asked me if the tips ware good and then welded them very good customer service and they ware fast and did a good job now my truck sounds amazing

Stopped to see if they can help me check something on my car, my rims center cap is now missing. I asked to check their cameras and the manager didn't want to help me whats so ever. Basically told me thats not his problem.

Very expensive and seem like they are very secretive. Not taking my truck here ever again. Even though job was done, I feel very skeptical about how they do there business. I'm sure they lied and put old parts on my vehicle
