Jacob came out when I was stranded with a serious engine problem and was able to fix it right then and there. Should I ever have another issue where I am stranded and not near my local mechanic these are the guys I will call, and I will request jacob. The only reason they don't have five stars is that there is a significant up charge when using a card, and that was not explained to me when the deal was made. I'd give four and a half if that were an option.
