WARNING DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR AT THIS SHOP HE WILL SCAM YOU. One of the worst shops I’ve ever worked with, took my BMW Z4 for a door actuator told me they’ve worked on Europe cars and had extensive knowledge which you’d expect from a shop in the nicest part of town but don’t be fooled this guy overcharged me and promised me the work would be done within 3 days instead kept my car for over a week and never fixed the problem, not to mention his tech broke every plastic clip to my door panel. Left my car outside and they opened my soft top which when I got the car back smelled like mold due to water leaking inside the car. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. Speaking to a business owner I wish you would’ve been more honest with me. At the end of the day you run your business however you see fit I won’t ever come back and give you my money. (Reply) sir I can count well over 10 negative reviews all complaints of the same treatment you gave me, you can lie to your customers but you’ve been open under the same owner of the last few years in the tramway location you definitely took my money so Lol to you for having to come up with that poor excuse of a reply. I could have said a lot more but it’s not worth my time (Reply) Poor business ownership and unprofessional behavior it’s amazing people trust you with their vehicles. Say all you’d like I will be leaving my review you took my money and proved to me that you aren’t a shop people should be supporting. A review is meant to Help recommend & also warn others of poor services if you’re taking money from hard working people they deserve to review however they feel about their experience. Sadly you are unable to recognize, Maybe work on your professionalism with your Snarky Attitude towards someone that helped provide you with work. No Worries Automotive Repair Owner Javis took care of me and 13 year old Dodge Durango which was in need of a new suspension on all four corners also wheel alignment. Such a good guy . I got stranded near the shop and he assisted me getting to his smoke and showed nothing but hospitality. That of a southerner I felt really good leaving my cadillac with him .

Its that time for AC charge. I needed my AC looked at. Took it in. I assumed i was going to have to leave my xterra but the shop owner Javis hooked it up vacuumed out and check the system, re-charged the AC and on my way in under 2 hours. Greatly appreciate it ! Come here for you AC needs. Thanks again JG

Unreliable. Called a few weeks ago and was told Fridays were for oil changes. Called back Tuesday of this week and made an appointment - told to drop off at 10am. Well, there's no one here and they didn't answer their phone. Not a good first impression, so it will be my last.

Best automotive service I've ever received. A/C went out on my son's car right before he was leaving for school. Jay got me in immediately to hopefully get it charged and reading to go. A/C needed more than just a recharge but Jay explained everything along the way, communication was great. He also did everything he could to save us money, which was so appreciated. Jay is a phenomenal mechanic as well as a good person. No smoke and mirrors, upsells, etc. All our vehicles will now go to No Worries for service. Highly recommend Jay and No Worries.

Highly recommend. This place is the BEST. Ok, you should know that this is LITERALLY a one man shop. Jay does everything here. That means that sometimes he's elbow deep in an engine and can't answer the phone. My wife's catalytic converter was stolen and Jay replaced it in ONE day. Meanwhile, the dealership has taken 4 months to fix my jeep. Be cool and Jay will get it done.

I had an issue with my Subaru Impreza not letting me take my key out once the car was in park. After months of hassling with this intermittent problem, I called No Worries Automotive. This is a known problem with Subaru's shift design. Jay told me to come in the next day and did a workaround that completely fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend Jay for any repair in the future!

Jay is a great mechanic. Got me in the weekend of the fourth for a new alternator and battery. Everyone else around town was booked up for at least a week, his quick attentive service is much appreciated!

I just wanna say that JAY at NO WORRIES AUTOMOTIVE is the BEST mechanic and shop I have been to in abq not only is the service great but his work is amazing as well he does not over charge he gets you the best deals he can and even if his shop is full he will never turn you away he will make time to get you in I would definitely give him 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and definitely recommend coming here for all your automotive needs his shop name is a perfect name because I have No worries when I leave his shop 💯

My car was overheating, I looked for a good mechanic tell I went to no worries automotive, the owner took a look at the engine right away he told me its the water pump, in one hour, had this thing replaced and the car was running ready to go, and he was reasonable to deal with, finally, I found not just a mechanic also as a friend, seriously if you want an amazing mechanic to go to him, I'm very sure you will make your car happy and you as well

Thus far, my experience at No Worries has been great. The first time I brought my vehicle in was for a check engine light--this has been a recurring problem with my vehicle. Though he wasn't able to find anything, I was not charged for the time. My second time in was again for a check engine light--that at this point had turned off on its own--and to swap out brake pads that the dealership told me were worn down. The check engine light was already off, so there wasn't a code for him to read. My brake pads, as it turned out, still had about 50% life left on them. Not only did he not charge me, but he took the initiative to show me the brakes. Any other shop in ABQ would have told me that my rotors were shot and charged me $350 for the repair. So far, No Worries has been nothing but fair and honest with me. Unless something changes, both me and my family will be using this shop from now on.
