I first went to Noebull probably 8-9 years ago when an oil change chain said I needed a lot of brake work. Noebull identified the problem, which was not what the oil change place said, for a lot less money. They only fix what needs fixing and there work is always thorough. I recommend them to everyone. Noebull was recommended by my former repair shop who could not figure out why my vintage 1991 Nissan 240SX was running so erratically. They tried working with the timing, thought a valve was sticking, but weren't sure what to do, seemed completely unclear what to do. Noebull came back after a day or two with 3 failures: one injector was failing, something that controls the exhaust/air mixture was failing, and something else that adjusts the fuel/air mixture was failing. You can see why I don't do my own engine repair, even after Rob told me what they'd found, I didn't/don't really understand it. He further said they thought there were no other issues, but really couldn't be certain until they fixed those 3 things so the engine had a chance to run smoothly. Well, there were no other issues, and the engine runs as well as it ever did. The car has 110,000 miles but the engine had to be replaced at 78,000 with a rebuilt, so it has lots of life left, and the way it's running now, it's really fun to drive again. Noebull now has three more cars to service whenever they need it, both routine, and problems. Updating 8/9/24: My new car, Infinity G37 broke down late one morning, had to be towed to Noebull, they were able to diagnose and repair the cause that afternoon, and I was back in business. They just routinely do good work at a fair price, but this was beyond routine. Thanks.

I previously used a different mechanic. At the other place, I felt as if I were nothing more than a means to the owner's income. Noebull has been the opposite of that; I feel that they are genuinely interested in what's best for me. Their prices are reasonable. Their work is competent. They are very friendly. They do not try to upsell me things I really don't need. I wish I had found them two years ago.

Great service and staff who do quick and timely work. They schedule service as quickly as soon as possible. They identify work that needs to be done on my and work with me to prioritize the maintenance (making it afforadable over time versus and lump sum of maintenance).

Noebull, should be all bull! Broke down next door, seemed like it was meant to be. After replacing starter, battery (over $500) ac pump head gasket etc. returned car .. same day I had to pay to tow it back. They kept it couple more days, got it back and broke down again same day I got. Over $8000.00 later they said replace vehicle! No refunds! Very rude. Took to Bobb Chevrolet, new fuel pump less than $900 and back on road... Do not trust!!!! Scam artist of highest order

My Kia Soul was stolen and recovered by the police. Knowing Rob and Janie and their ability to make customers feel like family, it was a major stress reliever to not have to think or worry about where my car needed to be towed/who was going to evaluate the damage. I’ve discussed the experience I had *two years ago* with friends and repeatedly they have told me that I should leave a review online to warn others. This is me finally biting the bullet and doing so. I came to this place to have my car looked at. I had gotten a tire rotation and oil change at a different spot and a couple days later my steering wheel was shaking while I was driving. I was pretty sure it was related to what had been done and I was pretty sure it would be a simple fix, but I wanted to confirm that. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my car and Noebull told me my car wasn’t even safe to drive home (I lived across the street at Governours Square apartments at the time, which I told them that). They also rolled out “one of my tires” (allegedly) that was completed shredded on the inside, they said my car would need extensive repairs, my tires were being shredded every time I drove, etc etc. They said they had taken off the worst tire and put a spare on my car, but that all tires were badly damaged and once again, I really shouldn’t drive home. I told them I felt safe driving it all of 2 min home (I had been driving it all week 45 min to work). I went to the office to get my key. The lady who works in there, I am not sure if she is the owner’s wife or who she is, wouldn’t give me my key! I basically had to yell at her to finally get her to give it to me. It was extremely unprofessional. As a prospective customer, if I am DECLINING repairs, that is my right. You shouldn’t argue with someone who wants their vehicle back. I felt weird about the whole experience. I decided to get a 2nd opinion at another place up the road. Guess what? They said my vehicle was FINE to drive, they did a tire rotation free of charge, and they told me the one tire that was the spare put on by Noebull (I hadn’t told them about it) was in MUCH worse condition than my 3 others and would need to be replaced, but that NOTHING was wrong with the other 3. So basically… there was nothing wrong with my car and Noebull probably stole one of my tires. The shredded tire they rolled out and claimed to be mine was probably just used for “dramatic effect”; pretty sure they were just trying to scam me, due to me being a young female and Noebull unfortunately fulfilling the role of a cliche shop taking advantage of someone they saw as clueless. Pretty messed up. Once I had my tires rotated and the spare replaced, my car drove fine BTW. Edit: As a response to Noebull, if my experience with you is still bothering me TWO years later, instead of one, that makes it even worse. I changed the time frame for you. Not that it makes a difference. You shouldn’t be conducting business like this, ever. And what difference does it make if you put a tire on my car “free of charge” if your reason for doing so was to steal my perfectly good tire and replace it with a dud for your own benefit? I also noticed how you didn’t address a couple things. #1: How the woman in your office behaved. Age maybe 40-50’s, brown hair. I told her repeatedly that I wanted my key back, I was leaving to get a second opinion, and she wouldn’t give it to me. That is incredibly unprofessional. #2: I was told at the time I had some sort of issue with my CAR that was causing my tires to shred, NOT that I just needed my tires replaced. Where is your record of that? Probably not there because it was a scam. Also, like I said, I went elsewhere and my tires were deemed perfectly FINE. You’re insulted? Don’t do poor business and don’t take advantage of potential customers and you won’t get poor reviews that align with your poor conduct.
