I’ve trusted No-No's 76 for years because of their fair prices and reliable service, but this time AARONnmade the experience even better. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous. He went over my entire bill to ensure accuracy and double-checked the services and mileage. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and getting things right. The quality of service here is beyond 5 stars. Nono’s Auto Repair has been a great, the technicians were very polite, my work was done in a timely manner. Had to take our car in to replace a flat tire. We were originally quoted $175 for the tire + labor. 15 minutes after we leave (and just before they're closing) we're given a new quote of $190 based on the type of tire they had in stock. We go to pay the next day when picking up the car and are then charged $240. We ask why the increase and they tell us the new quote of $190 wasn't inclusive of time & labor, which was never disclosed nor mentioned any time previously. It felt very much like a business taking advantage of the fact that we were in a bind and needed a new tire ASAP. Cannot recommend avoiding this place enough.

I took my car to Nono's 76 mechanic to fix my car from overheating and they charged me $1200 to fix the problem. However after fixing it the problem still remained so I took it back and this time they told me the problem is from somewhere. They put some kind of fluid in the engine that might solve the overheating problem and the cost was around $300. After they did the work, the car was working fine however the car stoped working after 2 day's because of the liquid. I towed the car back to Nono's 76 and they said the engine is dead and needs to be replaced which the cost of it would be $7500. Overall i paid $1500 to fix my car and I ended up with extra $7500 dollars in damages. They took zero responsibility for the mistake they made.

Nono's is a Neighborhood Gem! Not only is it a 76 gas station, but it also serves as a smog testing center and repair shop. They handle both simple and major repairs with fantastic service and offer very reasonable prices. Their mechanics complete tasks professionally and promptly. Nono's is our go-to for vehicle projects in the neighborhood. Thank you so much, especially to CoCo! He is truly Professional and helpful. I truly appreciate your service!

Went in for an oil change for my very normal car, I cannot stress enough that I don't have anything fancy, and their price for an oil change was $125 + $45 if they use more than 5 gallons of oil and I can only come in for an oil change between the hours of 8 and 9:30 am. And to be clear, they never got around to asking what kind of car I had, they just asked for the year. Is this place a front for something? Do they just really want to make sure no one ever gets an oil change there? The most ridiculous pricing and the weirdest hours. It was obvious they were open, but seeing my car after 9:30 am was off the table. I am so confused by this place.

Did not get a call regarding a quote for my car or service. When I called later because I didn’t get a quote, they said my car was already done, and I was charged $400 to get my battery replaced ($175 for labor). Unsure how they forgot to call me to quote me so if you drop your car here make sure you call to get a quote before being overcharged!

Nono's fixed my headlight when other repair shops refused to. They were fast, did a great job, and didn't break the bank. I would recommend Nono's to anyone in the area looking for car repair.

Good guys running this shop who will give you an honest rundown on they work they do, as well as on diagnosing any issues. Not a place that upsells you on stuff you don't need, and the prices are good for the jobs they perform. Maybe a few minor organizational issues like not calling back when they said they would, and someone left a screwdrive in my engine bay, but those sorts of things are kind of unimportant and can be forgiven knowing how busy they are.

Got a flat around the corner from their shop and they let me borrow an air pump to pump it up and plugged my tire for me in minutes. Very friendly and helpful.

I have found my go-to gas station! The cleanliness and organization of this place are commendable. The fuel pumps were in excellent condition, and I never had to wait in line. The convenience store had everything I needed, from hot food options to everyday essentials. Plus, the prices were reasonable. A fantastic experience overall!

So after a few years i have to say this place has gone downhill. They are very unorganized, you can barely get an answer to a question because they are always rushing to the next customer or picking up the phone trying to help someone else. If you choose to get service done here you need to constantly check in because they will park your car there and forget about you. They need a better manager, a scheduling system to manage customers and someone to answer phones.

This gas station exceeded my expectations! The prices were competitive, and the fuel quality was excellent. The attendants were attentive and provided exceptional customer service. Additionally, the station was well-lit and felt safe, even during late-night visits. I'll definitely be returning here for all my fueling needs.

Took my car in at 8am to get a simple fix for an electrical component. I called at 1pm for an update and was told they would call back soon with an estimate. Called again at 3pm for the same response. Finally at 4:30 I received an estimate which was way too high. Will not be going back.

If you're in West Los Angeles, Nono's 76 is the only choice... if you're not in the neighborhood, it should be your first choice. Arrive right when they open to be the first served.

Just experienced the best service here. Pulled up with a nail in my front tire, the gentleman that helped me, Coco, fixed it in minutes. Service with a smile and the price was unbeatable. Will definitely come here again.

This is the best company with the kindest and most honest employees I have ever done business with. No scams, no hidden fees, repaired my check engine light quickly at no charge. Side note: they also kept my car in a safe space overnight so I could pick it up the following day. I’ve never experienced this kindness and loyalty to great service in the 10 years I’ve lived in Los Angeles, or anywhere for that matter. These guys have my business for life.
