My drive shaft failed on the freeway and I received diagnostics saying it was a transmission issue and quoted me for $6k to get it working, so I towed my Solara to Norris Transmission and not only did they give me an honest diagnostic, which is that an axel broke rather than transmission failure, but also got me up and running for less than $500. A truthfully honest shop, deserves all the business they can get! Thank you!

Norris transmissions is one of the most reliable and trustworthy transmission places I've been to! Norris is very honest and He does great work! There is also another mechanic that works in Norris shop name Claude, He is also a great auto mechanic! They will check out your vehicle and tell you whatever is the problem and will not work on it until they tell you and get your permission. They don't overcharge you, and is very, very fair. I tell you they are such gentlemen. And ladies when they work on your car, they put everything back like it was when you brought it in! You will be so empressed that you will keep going back and refer everyone who you know are have vehicle issues. I give them 5*****!

A great mechanic,I've dealt with this mechanic with 3 different vehicles over the years.. reliable, reasonably,and does great work..he moved from a location off 21st and Sheridan. Mr. Claude is awesome and his new crew is great too🙌🙌🙌

Claud is honest and fair. Brakes were fixed, oil was changed and his prices are good. This is a place where you can trust things will be done right and I will refer him to others.

Needed my car picked up asap and taken to shop. He did not try to push it off, said he would the same day. Car was picked up no problem. I took a shot on him being able and available to put the transmission I bought in my car. So far so good and looking forward to getting car back. If the work and cost is as good as the customer service, I will tell everybody this is the place to go.. Especially if you have already had a bad experience somewhere else like I have...

This is an outstanding business- I took my 95 Bronco in thinking I needed a new transmission, which he quoted $1575, and I prepared for the worst. When Norri called to let me know my ride was ready, the price was $1200 cheaper than what he had estimated. Most transmission repair shops would have just swapped out the transmission and taken my money, but Norri found the problem and fixed it without trying to pull the wool over my eyes - I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NORRIS TRANSMISSION!!!
