If there was 0 or negative star I would have given them such negative stars. Extremely poor customer service. They do NOT know how to take care of customers. The guy made me wait for minutes just to chat with a friend and after I asked him he told me if I want I can go to other place. I will never come here while I am alive. No driver should come here. Poor customer serves!!!!

I highly recommend this truck repair. Sonia was super nice and helpful. My warranty did a lot of mistakes, and she found out every single mistake, and we could fix those problems. I’m to say that my truck is back to the road.

They will always try and help you get what you need if they don’t have the part you’re looking for. It’s great to have a trustworthy shop who specializes in PACCAR nearby the port and works with your extended warranty. Got my turbo, turbo actuator, EGR, exhaust pipe all replaced under warranty!!

WARNING! Do not go here. Daniel will charge you for extra things you don’t need fixed without your approval. I told Daniel to call me after the diagnostic to give me an estimate. He changed my ignition, but also changed the door locks which I didn’t want changed so that he could charge me $168 more. He’ll make up some excuse like he didn’t have time to call even after saying he would. Same thing happened to a coworker who went here.

This is not fake account I am real truck owner. So I came here few times where I needed some parts. They sell after market parts with very HIGH RATES. ASLO only 1 time I come to mechanic shop to put new mudflaps. They seriously charger me $150 to$200 more than the job should be. How I knw bcuz i went to few shops to ask price for the same job. I SUGGEST NOT TO COME HERE AND PAY EXTRA. ALSO THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE INCLUDING MAN AND HIS WIFE AND HIS WORKERS.
