Always a good experience here. Very honest people who only suggest services your car really needs. I feel like I can trust them and it's not about up selling you more services. That seems to be increasingly rare in the auto service business.

Still amazing. Inspection completed on both my vehicles. Both passed yetvhad some serious suspension issues due to pot holes. Got it fixed and driving smooth again. As of 02.24.2024 Labor rate is $135/ hour. They work fast, guarantee their work, and do a fantastic job. If you're lucky you may even see the resident Boxer.

I was given a quote for $2000.00 to replace a side mirror at another shop. In less than 36 hours, North Greece Auto found a used mirror and installed it. They also replaced all the wipers and inspected my car. All for less than $ 180.00.

Fabrizio is awesome. We had some issues getting parts for my vehicle but that was outside of his control. He constantly keep me updated on what was going on my vehicle and never try to pressure me into services that I did not need. I would recommend North Grace auto to everyone.

I called and spoke to Fab about an issue with my car not starting. I was not sure if it was the Battery or the Alternator. He quoted me a few prices for both. He said he his booked two weeks out but to get it towed here and he will take a look at it. I had it there that day and I had my car back 2 days later. I would go back there again. Awesome Customer Service and having that sense of urgency for a new customer.

Extremely pleased with the service we received. Parts for my son's car were on backorder for 2 weeks. We were able to keep the car at their location until it was fixed. Parts actually came in early. Professional, friendly and honest!

I've been going to fabrizio's North Greece Automotive for well over a year now. The service is always spot-on and the price is where it should be there's no overpricing and Fabrizio really knows the stuff and takes the time to check everything through. He's always busy because so many people appreciate his honesty as do I. I would wait three or four weeks extra and go to him rather than somebody else. The kind of automatic mechanic that everyone needs. Namely me.

Very good mechanic. Always honest and affordable. My only negative feedback is that I have been scheduled for a month out for a 20 min. oil change multiple times. I understand the trades are busy, but it shouldn't take that long.
