Mark runs this shop. He is very nice and fair. Him and his team repaired my car shockingly quicker than I anticipated. I left very happy with the work done. I would recommend their services to any and everyone. I feel assured in knowing if I have any issues in the future, this is the place I would come to.

Great shop to work with! They are very responsive with phone calls. Some other shops in Austin said they would take my car in 4 months from now for hail damage repair, but Mark was able to take in and service immediately. And they did a great job and it looks great now!

I had a piece on my baby damaged from a horrific blowout. :(( Found Mark on Yelp, and that was the best thing I could have done for myself! Mark is kind, empathetic and honest. He is truly in the business of helping others. Excellent customer service. What makes this place super amazing is their efficiency, attention to detail, and fantastic work. Couldn’t recommend more!!! I got into a nasty looking fender bender, and Mark got it looking great and road legal again in two days for almost $2,000 LESS than Service King quoted me. I referred my brother to him, and his experience was great too.

This absolutely made my day! I had a damage of my back passenger side door, it doesn't sear well when I close it. Went to a few body shops they all suggested me to replace it, and I thought I would give it a last try when I walked in this shop, the owner fixed it in 2 mins (he just pushed the door and the door sears now like magic). "Just write me a google review" he said, I was totally speechless cuz it could have cost me thousands of dollars and he fixed it in a sec! Much appreciated sir! I hope I would never need to repair my car but if I do I would def use your shop, and would recommend you to my friends who needs repairs.

Come to this place if you need anything!! Mark (the owner) is the best! He was so kind and accommodating. Car was having issues on Memorial Day and he was kind enough to allow us to come in and have the car looked at and repaired. He was so kind and generous - he is the man!!

Mark is a very honest guy who provided quality work. I had just bought my car brand new and a month into ownership some jerk scraped my paint, chipped it, and left a dent (may karma do its thing to the person responsible since they didn’t leave a note). I was devastated and anxious. Mark quoted me $1300 less than what the dealership wanted to fix the damage and when Mark was finished with the repair and repaint you couldn’t even tell it ever happened. His price was more than fair! He got it done in 2 days which was amazing! Way less time than other auto shops estimated. Thank you Mark!

Didn’t a decent job getting my challenger fixed up. Still has an annoying rattle sound on the driver door when I’m driving. Paint job is already starting to peel off after 4 months out of the shop. Doesn’t seem like they put primer before putting the finish paint and then the clear coat. Clearly can tell where it was painted when the car is cleaned up. Will not take it back here if I have another accident.

Mark is absolutely amazing. I had previously worked with him when my car got hit in a parking lot, and later worked with him again when my car was damaged from the front. The day my car was in an accident, I called Mark to ask if I could bring it over so he could take a look at it, and I got a same day estimate. And had my car back in almost 2 weeks. I wasn’t expecting my car back so soon but Mark truly does amazing and honest work.

North Lamar Auto Body Shop has been one of, if not the most efficient business I have ever dealt with. I was visiting from out of town and the day before my trip, I was side swiped. I was told by over 10 businesses that they could not even see me until early March. Within one week, Mark found the part I needed and repaired my car in less than 1.5 hours. He is super nice and professional and although everything was covered by insurance, was reasonably priced. Thank you again for your amazing service!!!!

Outstanding service! My wife and I can't thank Mark enough for the work he did on our 2022 Kia Niro... the day I brought it in! I visited 3 body shops, but was going to have to wait 1-2 weeks just for an appointment to get an estimate. Mark was upfront with my options, and gave me a realistic outlook for getting parts (possibly months). His shop was able to improvise a repair, and we're thrilled with the results. Fair and reasonable pricing too. We highly recommend Mark and his North Lamar Body Shop.

I'm very thankful for this place being open on a Saturday. I had a repair that needed immediate attention because my view was partially blocked. I called ahead, and the owner encouraged me to drive over. He was very through when trying to find the problem, then it was fixed right away. I'm glad I was able to get assistance right away because I was very worried as to how I was going to drive to and from work.

Would recommend this body shop. They are very professional and prompt. Did a good job on fixing a fender bender on a VW Jetta. Got us in pretty quickly compared to other shops that told us it would be weeks before we can be see.
