Awesome experience ☺️ Spoke with Julian. A very respectful young man. There was a slight change in the type of Transmission fluid my car required. Although North Mountain Auto is 45 Miles from where I live, I chose them to install a new engine in my vehicle based on the positive customer reviews I read. They did not disappoint! A real customer centric group that prides themseIf on quality and customer satisfaction. I mostly dealt with Philip, who was very pleasant and responsive. If you’re undecided, give them a try

very disappointed after 5 years of going here and recommending them To all My family and friends basically they opted to loose a good customer over $103.00 dollars Car would not start after work on Wednesday and was showing check engine light ! Was able to jump the battery and to be on the safe side took it to the shop dropped the key and told the shop it would not start or go in neutral due to the safety feature on the transmission they had my Jeep all day Thursday and then called me at 4:00 pm asking to charge me $99 per hour for two hours of diagnostic testing! Then called and said it’s ready I went by after paying $206.00 and picked up my car went home and parked in the garage next morning did not start again ! Decided to call Jeep and take it to the dealer again after jumping the battery ! Come to find out the batteries were both bad ! So I guess two hours of diagnostics and they could not figure out that it was a bad battery ? Paid $746 got both batteries replaced and a 3 year warranty from Jeep and then called the manager at north mountain explained to him that I was not happy with the service as my car was literally in the same condition the next day ! Asked for half of my money back to be fair to them and he said no ! Because over the past 5 years they have only profited $109.00 dollars from My oil changes ! Absolutely shocked ! They kept my money and lost a good customer at the same time ! I will be letting everyone I know in the area not to go to this shop as all they care about is their profit and not how satisfied their customer is ! Do not use this shop ! I do not recommend them at all

Had an issue with a gasket being seated wrong after the first repair, but they were quick to fix the issue right away. Which is all anyone could ask. I took the truck in a second time for a separate issue and they did the work for no labor cost, only the cost of parts. They were quick getting the truck fixed, knowing it was a work truck. Much appreciated!

I was recommended to North Mountain Auto Repair by a family member, and I could not have been more impressed! Phillip and Julian were phenomenal! The customer service was excellent, as was the workmanship, communication, follow through, and honesty! I was convinced I had a couple of expensive repairs that needed to be done. After evaluation, they explained to me that those repairs were not necessary, and why. The repairs that I did need were very reasonable. I’ve finally found a local automotive service shop that I can trust, and that I’ll be recommending with confidence!!!

I always have a great experience here. They communicate well, give you they're suggestions without pushing services. You make your own decisions. They have done my cat, belts and tensioner and also take care of my moms car. Its my first stop for my car troubles. I really appreciate you guys. Very non pressured shop. I have things that need to be fixed and they gave me a list on what should go next per my budget. Highly recommend great guys

I went in for an oil change and was helped by Phillip and Orlando. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, and also got my car back to me quicker than expected. I was expecting to pay more than I did for my oil change so I would definitely recommend to others. They let me know that my front brakes were low but not in a pushy annoying way, which I appreciated. They took their time to explain everything to me and also listened to what I had to say as well.

I've been there a few times now and each experience has been the same. The things that either the national chain shops or the dealership said were needed (every time I took the cars in) weren't even needed. Here, the pictures they took showed me exactly what I need. Friendly, courteous, fast, reliable service is what we get every time. We love coming here because they are honest and a local business.

My car was running rough and really didn't want to use the dealer! My brother had use North Mountain twice before and was happy with work, prices and repair time. I booked the appointment online which was very easy too dropped late Monday Took 2 days to get the diagnosis but once that was done the car was ready on Friday afternoon. Price was good and got the special for my oil change too. Oh had a coupon too.

This is the worst place to take your vehicle too. The owner Phillip Portrays to be a great guy that helps you with your vehicle. However little do people know is that he charges you for high end parts (OEM) and will either slap a cheaper part on your vehicle so you over pay or does not fix the problem at all by just sticking silicon on and calling it a day. (wounder why cars keep having to come back with same issue) He over works his technicians and they are stuck in a small shop working in outrageous heat the shop is hotter than the outside temperature and in az that is outrageous. The sign also states they work on everything yet they dont to me thats false advertising.
