I have been so lucky to have been working with North Park Auto for five years to help maintain my ride share business. They have been more than fair and so unbelievable easy to talk to. If there has ever been an issue, part malfunction or any other mishap; they have always stood behind their work and made a situation right. I don't what I would do without having them apart of my business team. I can't recommend them enough.

Horrible service . These people have no idea what they are talking about. They love to rip people off with cheap parts saying they are genuine. Brought the car in for failing emissions, paid them to fix it and the car still won’t pass emissions because they didn’t fix anything and they even CAUSED MORE ISSUES. When you come in for a problem and pay for it to be fixed, it should be fixed, but these people don’t do anything and just mess it up even more. UpCharge you for labor and parts. Horrible people to do business with and will be reporting to BBB. They don’t even want to work with you and offer for it to be actually FIXED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If you are an older person, they take even more advantage of you.

So let me apologize for the review I made yesterday regarding the radiator fan. The autoshop I am referring to is ABM auto repair.....hence the reason it happened. Both of your shops are almost identical from the outside. I was actually trying to come to YOUR shop....not theirs. But yeah, ABM are the Crooks....not North Park Auto.

I took my dad's car here several times. They do good fast work. Reasonably priced I'd recommend this place. However, I did have to return the car once to have them recheck their work a couple of days later. They didn't hesitate to get it right in and get it done the right way without any questions.

Went here to have a car inspected. At this time im buying a used car and wouldn’t want to waste any money on a few cheap Thrills. They ran the computer and checked her from top to bottom. Found out it was a lemon ……. Thank you guys so much

Very honest people. I took my car in today in middle of snow storm to replace a tire for my Honda Civic. It turns out my tire had a nail in it. The owner repaired my tire instead of having me buy a new tire. He saved me alot of money and very honest as well. Awesome job guys and you will have my business in the future!

If your looking for a honest mechanic… I would look elsewhere. If you don’t have a clue on how your vehicle operates they will try and take advantage of you. Do not recommend.

I’ve been going to them since I started grad school at North Park University. I am now graduated and don’t want to go to anyone else because I still work close by. They have always been so honest and up front with the work that they will do and their pricing. I haven’t had anything but good experiences with them and they’ve always been so kind to me as a student as well. It’s great to know that I have someone to trust especially being a woman on my own in the city.
