The mechanic Alex is knowledgeable professional and very friendly. Unlike a lot of automotive services the price you were quoted is the price you pay and they do not try to upsell you on services you do not need. One time last winter I had my vehicle in for general maintenance when I arrived to pick it up Alex went started my vehicle turn the heat on and even turned on my heated seat for me so it would be extra warm when I got in. That is excellent customer service. I do not allow anybody but Alex to work on my vehicles. I highly recommend North Park automotive.

I needed my state inspection renewed. Just happened to stop in North Park since I was in the area. Morgan greeted me with a great smile then went to ask "Mr. Bill" who was working on another vehicle. He easily agreed! I needed my headlight glass cleaned from the fogged inside and asked Morgan if they did that work. Saying yes, I had the glass cleaned and buffed, at a very reasonable price. Mr. Bill did a great job, and was very timely. He even noticed and replaced a license plate light bulb. These two folks, and the lady who worked the front office were the absolute sweetest people to me, a walk-in! Which was another plus, Morgan said they typically work by appointment, but I was "lucky." I believe I was blessed! Kudos to North Park Automotive!

Small issue with my Toyota and Morgan and Bill both went above and beyond to find a solution that was honest and timely. I will definitely be returning when I need any work done.

I strongly do not recommend anyone go here. My experience with them could’ve easily turned into a lawsuit. Lots of shady things going on at this place

Russell and his team are the best. Always fair prices and never try to get over. It's so hard finding a good mechanic now a days that's fair with their prices. Russell and David are great mechanic with a great sprit. always knows how to make your day better. Edit: RIP David. You was a great man. This one really broke my heart. This man always had such a great spirit and was always happy smiling and would try to make you laugh. Unfortunately you never really know what someone is going through. I wish you never left us 💔

I scheduled an appointment for state inspection.The mechanic went over the problems with me, was quite transparent about the costs and suggestions. I didn't feel taken advantage of in any way. Despite being busy, Morgan was incredibly kind and welcoming but so were the mechanics. I highly recommend North Park Auto Repair!

When you find a good mechanic shop….you tell others! Listen this shop is a prayer answered. I love their customer service. I’m telling everyone I know……go to North park Automotive! Morgan and Bill are like family. I will not take my car any place else. Courteous, professional, friendly and fair prices!

Have taken my car here twice and I can't say enough how satisfied I was. Morgan went to bat for us when the warranty company gave us the run around. The quality of the work is excellent and their prices are absolutely reasonable. Will take all future cars here for however long I live nearby.

Very honest, very friendly, unlike certified auto repair that charged me 51.00 for a license plate bulb. Shame. Talk to these guys, knowledgeable and fair.

My son Sent me to North Park Automotive. Yes I’m well pleased with the service the guys provided. I felt like family one mechanic talked to me about his beautiful wife and son. The other mechanic spoke about the make of my car. He said my car will last me a long time if I keep the maintenance up. I have been Blessed with Angels 12/01/2023 already blessing me.

The check engine light on my 2012 Kia came on the other day on my way home from work. I called North Park Auto and they could squeeze me in at 1 o’clock and, thankfully, it was an easy fix. While they had my car, they were also able to do an oil change, which is due. Thank you, North Park Auto and Bill Madison getting my car roadworthy again! What an awesome experience!
