My vehicle appointment was on Thursday and my car did not get looked at till Monday of the following week, knowing I had a rental and personally going in person to check on my vehicle. Had to go 2 times to dealership just to get an update, then service person was rude an not trustworthy and honestly prejudice, made my repairs stressful and horrible and absolutely 0% customer servic, was thinking of trading up with Lexus, but after this I will no longer be doing any business with them . Instead of showing me customer service I was disappointed and let down. Not the usual service or treatment that I expect from Lexus! I would give no stars if possible, no customer service , did not honor my appointment which cause me money with my rental car and diagnosed incorrectly and brought financial stress and emotional stress with them, I totally regret bringing my vehicle here ! Worst experience ever !

Definitely. One of the best places I've ever been to buy a car. The experience customer service. Everything. It was great totally freaking awesome. Never had that type of experience just to buy a car. You get to have free Starbucks Coffee. Snacks, they even have a restaurant And it's all free. And above all, it's just plain straight up awesomeness from everyone there. Recommend this place to everyone who's looking to buy alexis car.

I come here often to get my Lexus serviced. They always greed you with a smile and treat you like family. The place is awesome, with lots of sitting areas and complementary drinks and snacks. They even have a shoe shine spot all free. The staff is friendly and kind, very knowledgeable, and they also give your vehicle a complimentary wash. Good service!

Purchase my new vehicle. Eduardo was a phenomenal seller thank God. He spoke bilingual and professional help me in every way as possible. Will be doing business in the next two years. I always switch vehicles in two years, so yes I was amazed at the service that you provided for me to get my new vehicle thank you he made sure everything squared away it was well worth it. They are very friendly with customers and do their job well. They have a calm and pleasant environment to host the waiting customers. I was there yesterday to have a flat tire fixed and they kindly did the service faster so I could get to work earlier. The only thing that doesn't give me a good feeling is that I think sometimes even though you can get cheaper services, they do unnecessary services which cost a lot to the customers.

As soon as I came in, someone came up to talk to me. They wrote everything down that I said and asked me to go relax and get a fresh made coffee. Instantly I got a text that showed me real time where in the process my car was. They got it fixed and out the door as quick as they said they would. This was the best service experience for a car I have ever had! Highly recommend them.

I came here for the first time to get an oil change and alignment and Jason Woods was my assigned advisor. Video tells me my car needed more TLC e.g. all 4 tires to be replaced, brake fluid flush, and rear differential fluid change. Now this is a used car that I recently purchased from another dealer and still has a temporary license plate. Left the car at the dealer to get all the recommended maintenance and picked it up a day later. Paid 2 thousand dollars in total and then I noticed my temp plate was missing and I can't go home without it risking getting pulled over by cops. I have my 7 and 2 year old in the back of my car waiting. I then popped the hood to inspect and one of the cover panels was missing so I went ahead and asked Jason to follow up and look for the missing cover and temp plate. He comes back to tell me the temp plate may have been washed off and can't find it and then a video suggesting my car never had a cover as well. Let's just say maybe I took the panel off and forgot in my garage but I tried telling him I'm sure there was a cover and smirks like I'm blaming him or the mechanic, and to make it worse, He says "SEEMS TO ME YOU ARE TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE" The audacity of this man to accuse me of ripping off the dealership of a mere 20$ panel after paying 2k worth of maintenance shows how little they see me as a customer. Manager comes out to try and rectify the problem but there was nothing he could have said and done to pacify the situation after this man insulted me in front of my kids. So I drove off and took my chances of getting pulled over for not having temp tag rather than spend another second in this place. I don't want to pull the race card here but maybe I will. I'm Asian and English is my second language but regardless, he could have chosen better words to say to address the problem. Lastly, I don't even think my car was aligned, since my steering wheel still is crooked the way I left it to be serviced.

Took wife Shays Lexus GX460 in today for our 10,000 mile service and had Chad as an Advisor. Extremely nice visit. Kept me well informed. Even answered my questions on the warranty package we had as it was a busy night when we bought the car. Even our salesman Prakash came to say hi and see how we were liking the car. It’s the small things like that that will keep us coming back.

Even though both Lexus dealerships have the same owners, I prefer the employees at Dominion over North Park location. Every customer should be treated equal and not treated like they are doing you a favor, especially when their business is luxury vehicles.

The customer services exceeded my expectations. Typically you wait and maybe 1 representative checks to see if you’ve been assisted - I had 4. All of which were genuinely pleasant. Joshua explained a recall part that I needed replaced. Then I was quickly assisted with a loaner vehicle. Upon pick up of my car it took about 5-10 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I rive off in my car. I’m happy to be a Lexus owner and love the experience at Lexus Dominion.
