Their shop is sparkling clean, so I knew from the start that my prized automotive possession was going to come back looking perfect after an accident at a car show of all places!!!! How good was my complete Porsche repaint? -Dealership service manager asked if I'd gotten a new car without telling him. -Friend who has owned a detail shop for decades thought it was a factory paint job. -Old timer who painted cars on the line in Detroit couldn't believe it wasn't a factory paint job.

The guys at North Shore Auto Rebuilders are simply amazing. From start to finish, they were always there to assist me in all my annoying questions and to work with insurance. Their professionalism is second only to the quality of the work. I took in my Mercedes for some minor body work and was met with superior service and quality of work. My car looks as good as it did when I bought it from the dealership. There is no sacrifice for quality and no sacrifice for good service with these guys. (The even vacuumed my interior!) Your guy is Chris, he knows his shit. Aldin is amazing too. These guys are pros. Hopefully I never have to have work done again, but if I do, I'll go straight to North Shore Auto Rebuilders.

I was recently involved in an accident where someone rear ended my vehicle. Called North shore auto and they made the process seamless from the initial conversation. Aldin and Chris are awesome. They addressed any uncertainties I may have had. They handled all communication with the insurance company in a timely manner. I felt like a valued customer. My vehicle looks new again and the repairs were handled quickly. I traveled an hour to bring my vehicle to this shop and I’m glad that I did. Best customer service hands down. The shop is clean and Mercedes and Porche CERTIFIED!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Went to North Shore Auto Rebuilders for PPF and some body work on a Porsche Taycan. They perfectly matched the rare paint color of this car and did a great job fixing all the damage. I had a really positive experience working with Aldin. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with-- truly made the entire process effortless for me! 10/10 would recommend!

Truthfully this review is a year too late - it’s been a rough year and always on my to-do list… Someone backed into my parked 2020 Porsche 992 causing a decent amount of front bumper damage. Steve and his crew are truly a class act. Perfect repair and perfect PPF after. You get what you pay for! I asked Steve if they would work on other makes and models since all I saw in the shop were Porsches. He said “absolutely - we’re building relationships here, not just cars.” That’s all you need to know about this shop! A belated big thank you to Steve and his crew!

I am looking forward to Aldin and team taking care of my baby Creampuff - my C300 Mercedes. They were understanding, transparent, compassion and so service oriented. I hated my baby got injured but she is on her way to recovery. As a single mom with a daughter heading to college, Creampuff is the only luxury I have and need to hold onto her for four more years! I purchased a brand new 2021 Mercedes C300 and got into a small car accident. I took the car to the Mercedes dealership and they recommended this spot since they’ve dealt with them for many years. So I trusted both the Mercedes dealership and north shore auto rebuilder to fix the car as brand new. I received a call from Aldon that the insurance would only cover after market or used parts and I specifically NO! I needed Mercedes’ parts only and was in a 3 way call with the State Farm to make sure they were going to put only Mercedes’ parts and they agreed with it. After a month since the accident I finally received my car and in the same day I had to return it to the Mercedes dealership since I heard a problem with the car. The Mercedes’ dealership found out that this company (Northshore auto rebuilders) used after market parts to fix my car and it really upset me when I made sure from the beginning that I only need Mercedes’ parts ONLY. Mercedes fixed the problem and said they were going to charge them proving they used after market parts. I called them twice and didn’t get a response from them. This made me very upset and angry. If anybody has a problem with their car MAKE SURE they use the right parts and ask for a receipt where they purchased the parts so they can’t scam you!

These folks saved my life today. My tire on my car this morning went flat from a gigantic screw in my tire. (The 5th tire in my household destroyed by construction dirt or a bad pothole in the city this year). This time the tear was so bad it went down to the rim in about one minute. I had nowhere to go but happened to be on Sheridan Rd and remembered I used this place for body repairs in the past and they were excellent so maybe they’d help me. They were so kind and so happy to swap out my flat tire and refused to take a tip for it. They are amazing. Just when you think the world is not kind anymore it’s people like this that remind you of all the good in the world. Thank you. So much. I am forever grateful for your act of kindness today. Folks, if you need auto body repair go to this place. They are excellent.

They charged $49,000 for the repair, my previous estimate was $18200. Unfortunately Porsche insists to move car to them shop. Also I moved car in November to them place, they got check from insurance on January 11th and I need to wait till April 22. to get car fixed.

My visit to North Shore Auto Rebuilders was excellent. A little background story: I got hit in the back of my C Class and was on a hunt to find a certified Mercedes body shop to repair the car. I visited one shop near Glencoe and to say the least it wasn’t even in the slightest the same experience. North Shore was incredible from the moment I called to request their service to the moment I left their garage. A special thank you to Amanda and Guillermo for there incredible effort to assist me when I needed help the most. Now my car looks like it’s brand new and I couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My car actually (luckily) broke down and wouldn’t start. I happened to be parked right outside North Shore and ran in and asked for a jump if they could. I ended up running into the owner himself, Steve, who not only happily said he would help but he also brought out one of his mechanics, Matt, to take a look and assist. The jump wasn’t working from a small charger so they brought out a big one and scrubbed away some corrosion on my battery bolts. After 15 min of awesome service they figured out I just needed a new battery bolt, ordered the part, took down my info, got my car started and told me to come back tomorrow and they would put on the new part. I was ecstatic. They did such a good job my car actually started the next day and I was able to get to the shop for the replacement piece after a friendly call from Amanda letting me know it was in. It took all of 10 min to fix and now my car starts easily with no problem. Thank you eternally to Steve, Amanda, and Matt who saved me from asking random people to jump my car and from dropping $110 on a new battery. Fantastic place and people!

I am meticulous when it comes to my cars. I've had a couple Porsche's but recently bought a toy that needed a little exterior TLC, grills, trim, paint etc. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Steve was straightforward from the beginning and went above and beyond to get it looking brand new! Having dealt with a number of shops over the years for various things, hands down best experience I have had. I would recommend them 10x over.
