Northside auto really saved my life today. I had a disagreement with them in the past and in my emotion left a not so savory review. As they say time heals all. So here I am today and I'm in the worst bind ever I thought to myself let me give this one more shot. Today's service was most exceptional and I highly recommend this for anyone needing a quick fix. I'd come back again. And I'm grateful they were able to work with me again despite the past. I'm humbled.

They give good service I needed a tire and they arranged for me to leave with something and come back in a day or two for the right size and only charged me for one price for both

Went to these guys to change my brake disc pads and they almost cost me my life. The idiots fit my car back up without putting the bolt back in one of my calipers. Had to go pay a more reputable shop to repair their mess after almost having an accident and my caliper was falling off the disc pad and rotor. Smh. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone and they can't get my hard earned money again.

Would do zero stars if possible. Charge me 260 for rotation and balancing. They did the job but Walmart charges 15 a wheel. Pricing is not honest or competitive. Definitely shop around

I stopped by to get a tire plugged but was told I needed to replace the tire. I purchased a temporary used tire for $40 and left for work. By the end of the day the tire was flat. It was determined that I was sold a faulty tire. When I returned to North Side the problem was corrected by another technician but I wouldn’t purchase another tire here in the future. I don’t like the way I was treated while there initially. I was accused of being aggressive because I wouldn’t allow the tech to touch my phone to provide his cash app information. Instead, I asked if he could tell me and I would enter it in my phone myself (germaphobe). The way he looked at me you would think I slapped him! I don’t know if he washes his hands….No Thank You Sir! When I explained that I am simply being careful due to Covid, he yelled, “Africans Don’t Get Covid!” How ignorant can one be?! It was all too much!! Just go to You Need A Tire around the corner from them and save yourself some trouble.

I called to find out if they balanced and mounted a tire and rim. The guy answered had me on speakerphone and sounded very far away (rude) and was hard to understand. They ultimately couldn't do the work I requested and abruptly hung up on me. I read the reviews, especially the negative ones and I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they kinda confirmed it with this call. I also stopped by their shop on Friday when their shop was open and was approached by a guy who came from inside a garage stall, closing it up and getting ready to leave (during the stated open business hours). He told me they were closed and would open in about 20 minutes. So you can tell me to come back while you're supposed to be open but you can't take a few minutes to answer some questions.. not getting my business!

I got my car done by the guy that all ways has the blunt in his mouth and he did a great job fixing my alignment and general maintenance on the car , we’ll done will be a continuous customer!

I wish I could give them no stare rating. I went here for an oil pressure sensor change. Fist of all they charged me way too much. They are with way too much attitude and rude, especially the owner. Worst place I have ever been for a car service. Would not recommend.

I do not recommend this place at all. Everyone is rude and unqualified. I dropped my car off 3 times to get the air conditioning installed and each time was a failure. Each time they lied and said they had a solution. Each time they TRIED to charge me. Definitely the worst mechanic I’ve ever been to. It’s almost like they break stuff on purpose so you can come back and spend more money. Also, the employees are usually under the influence so yeah just don’t waste your time.

Very polite, courtesy and professional They not only did alignment on my car they found a problem that happened over the weekend after having new tyrods put on. They gave excellent service
