Came in w/o an appt to have a tire checked. A few hours later after checking in with me, I had an 80,000 mile checkup, a new tire and was on my way!!! Great customer service at the Colerain, Cincinnati location! Thanks 🙂

Lee was very friendly and calle apprise us every step of the way, telling us what they found and what needed to be fixed. He got our permission and the truck was fixed in a timely fashion.

Had issues with another dealership and brought my truck to Northgate Ford. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day! Megan is an absolute pleasure to work with and always makes sure I know what’s going with my vehicles. To make things even better, they offered to deliver my truck to my house after repairs were completed. Thank you Megan and you are now my trusted dealership!!!

This dealership is where I found my Ford maverick. I've had problems with the a post vibrating and the windshield creaking where it meets the dash. There is a Ford near where I live that has kept the truck overnight and they didn't access the a post or try to look at the windshield. I bring the truck it of my way and to this dealership where I bought it from and it is so professional and took my issues seriously. The difference of the Ford dealerships is stunning. They looked at my car and It took a few tries to get the a pillar silent but they placed foam padding around the pillar. It stays quiet. I'm awaiting a part that the other dealership didn't recommend would help the windshield. I'm grateful to be under my new trucks warranty for these appointments. This is one of the better dealerships for knowing their stuff

My service visit this round was completely different than last. Everyone at Ford was very transparent. They are super busy and very short staffed, but do the very best they can to make sure your vehicle is taken care of and it's done correctly.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I asked 4 days ahead of time, is worth waiting for it, he said yes, brought it back for my appointment 4 days later and signed in, 3 1/2 hours later it was done. Words of wisdom, drop it off and go somewhere and wait for the phone call.

I have always given 5* ratings for my experiences at NGF service for several years. This was my first negative experience. I dropped my wife’s Fusion off on Sun night, had conversation with rep Steve Mon mid-morn to review work to be done, and was told I would receive call when car was ready to be picked up later that day. By 5:30p I hadn't heard anything and called (knowing service closed at 6p). Steve informed me that for some unknown reason a couple of the larger service items that were supposed to be completed were not - he didn’t have an explanation why? I explained that my wife needed her car for work, etc, but the techs had already gone for the day and the work couldn’t be done. I reluctantly (really, no choice at this point) had to agree to leave car overnight to be completed on Tue. Steve said it would be done first thing in a.m. and he would call. And that he would have the car delivered to our house for the inconvenience to us. By 3pm I hadn't received an update so I called. I left 2 mssgs for Steve in the span of an hour. No reply. By about 430 I was getting nervous about getting the car back so I tried reaching anyone at the dealership to help me out. I got put on hold a lot, got passed around to different people in the srvc dept, and was put through to v-mail several times. Finally another srvc rep answered my call and told me Steve was in a mtg and he would call me within 30 mins. At 5:12 I called again after not receiving a call (still worried about closing time) and Steve answered - he hadn’t called me as I was told he would. He still had no idea about the status of my wife’s car and asked to call me back in 10 mins (he called back in ~20, nearly 5:30). I was told the rear brakes were recommended to be replaced (all else was completed), and would I want to leave the car overnight again to have the work done! I asked why there was no call about that work to give me an option to accept or decline it, and he said it had been a busy day. My wife needed her car for work so we had to decline. I will have that work completed elsewhere, inconvenienced with another apptmnt. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Steve, and that this was the first poor experience we’ve had in all our years taking the car there. He offered to take 10% off of the parts, which given the large bill wasn’t all that much. But we just needed the car back and I wanted to close the apptmnt and have this experience behind me. I asked if the car could still be delivered as promised, and of course the answer was no due to how late in the day it was and no valets were available. We live on the opposite side of town so it was a major inconvenience, but no choice that I had to ask one of my sons to drive me after dealership hours to pick up the car. We couldn’t go another day without it. I wish I didn’t have to leave this negative review - I would rather just leave my normal satisfied 5* review.

Made appt for oil change, maintenance with focus on tires, engine light on dash. They were short on mechanics, postponed engine issue. I asked about tires when leaving, was told they were filled. Eleven miles later, dashboard reported low tire pressure.

Needed a .is-fire condition analyzed and repaired quickly. Service department came through quickly and at a price that was affordable!

Allen at Northgate Ford is a real pro, he's clearly a car guy who speaks intelligently about auto issues and has awesome people skills. I'm grateful he dug into my car's defect and was able to go above my expectations. I hope Allen gets paid well, he's an asset to the Ford team.
